The Hollidaysburg Historic District is a national historic district which is located in Hollidaysburg, Blair County, Pennsylvania.

Hollidaysburg is a borough in and the county seat of Blair County in the U.S. Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. It is located on the Juniata River, 5 miles (8 km) south of Altoona and is part of the Altoona, Pennsylvania, metropolitan statistical area. In 1900, 2,998 people lived in the borough, in 1910, 3,734 lived there, and in 1940, 5,910 residents were counted. The population was 5,641 at the 2020 census. Coal, iron ore, ganister, and limestone are found in the vicinity. In the past, the borough had foundries and machine shops, a silk mill, car works and classification yards. From 1834 to 1854, the borough was an important port on Pennsylvania Main Line Canal, where the Juniata Division Canal connected to the Allegheny Portage Railroad. The center of Hollidaysburg is frequently referred to as "The Diamond," where the buildings and parking spaces form a diamond. This area serves as the hub for parades, festivals and other town celebrations.

Highland Hall, also known as the Courthouse Annex, was a Presbyterian seminary, an historic school building for females, a radio school during World War II, and a county office building before it became a retirement home in 2016. It is located in Hollidaysburg, Blair County, Pennsylvania. Highland Hall was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.

Fort Fetter is a neighborhood and census-designated place (CDP) in Blair County, Pennsylvania, United States. It was first listed as a CDP prior to the 2020 census.The CDP is in central Blair County, in the north part of Blair Township. It is bordered to the north, east, and south by the borough of Hollidaysburg. U.S. Route 22 (Broad Street) runs next to the southern edge of the CDP, while the parallel Altoona–Hollidaysburg line of the Norfolk Southern Railway forms the actual CDP/borough boundary. US 22 leads east into Hollidaysburg and west 1 mile (1.6 km) to Duncansville. Beaverdam Branch, an east-flowing tributary of the Frankstown Branch of the Juniata River, runs through the northern part of the CDP.

Hollidaysburg Area Senior High School is the midsized, suburban public high school for the Hollidaysburg Area School District. The Senior High School is located at 1510 North Montgomery Street in Hollidaysburg, Blair County. The high school serves the populations living in Hollidaysburg, Duncansville, Newry, and a small portion of Altoona (Eldorado). According to the National Center for Education Statistics, this high school reported an enrollment of eight hundred and forty pupils in grades ten through twelve during the 2018-2019 academic year.

Sylvan Hills is a census-designated place (CDP) in Blair County, Pennsylvania, United States. It was first listed as a CDP prior to the 2020 census.The CDP is in central Blair County, in the northwest part of Frankstown Township. It is bordered to the south by the borough of Hollidaysburg, the county seat, and it is 5 miles (8 km) south of Altoona, the largest city in the county.

The Diocese of Altoona–Johnstown (Latin: Dioecesis Altunensis-Johnstoniensis) is a Latin Church ecclesiastical territory or diocese of the Catholic Church in Pennsylvania. It was established on May 30, 1901, as the Diocese of Altoona. On October 9, 1957, the name was changed to the Diocese of Altoona-Johnstown. It consists of Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Centre, Clinton, Fulton, Huntingdon and Somerset Counties. The diocese also sponsors Proclaim!, a weekly Catholic news show, and a weekly live mass from St. John Gualbert Cathedral in Johnstown. The seat of the bishop is in the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament. The Diocese of Altoona–Johnstown is a suffragan diocese in the ecclesiastical province of the metropolitan Archdiocese of Philadelphia.

Reservoir is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Blair County, Pennsylvania, United States. It was first listed as a CDP prior to the 2020 census.The CDP is in south-central Blair County, in the eastern part of Blair Township. It is on the south side of the valley of the Frankstown Branch Juniata River. Reservoir Road is the main street through the community, leading northeast 1.5 miles (2.4 km) to Loop and southwest 4 miles (6 km) to McKee. Hollidaysburg, the Blair county seat, is 4 miles (6 km) to the north by road. Loop Mountain rises to the southeast to an elevation of 2,495 feet (760 m).

Setsucon is an annual two day anime convention held during January at the Blair County Convention Center in Altoona, Pennsylvania. The convention's name comes from the Japanese word setsu, meaning "snow". It is organized by the Penn State Anime Organization (PSAO). The convention is family-friendly.

Sci-Fi Valley Con (formerly Sci-Fi in the Valley Con) is an annual three day multi-genre convention held during June at the Blair County Convention Center in Altoona, Pennsylvania.

Blair County Convention Center is a convention center located just south of Altoona, Pennsylvania. It has two floor levels with the exhibit floor and ballroom on separate levels. Rocco Alianiello is the Executive Director and COO. The facility is near the Interstate 99 and Route 36.

Frankstown Township is a township in Blair County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is part of the Altoona Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 7,399 at the 2020 census. The township was named after Stephen Franks, a pioneer citizen.
