Schwelme

Oberbarmen is the eastern terminal of the Wuppertal Schwebebahn; it is located in the Barmen area of Wuppertal. The terminal consists of two buildings, the station proper and the depot with the loop for the train to turn around. The depot holds trains during the night. The buildings are suspended above the Wupper and separated by a bridge, the Wupperbrücke Berliner Platz. The main works for maintenance and repair are at the Vohwinkel Schwebebahn terminal. The Oberbarmen station is at kilometer 13.3 of the Schwebebahn track. Next to the Schwebebahn station is the Wuppertal-Oberbarmen station of the railway, along with bus links to surrounding areas.

Wuppertal-Langerfeld station is a through station in the district of Langerfeld of the city of Wuppertal in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia. The station was opened in 1948 on a section of the Elberfeld–Dortmund railway from Döppersberg, near the current Wuppertal Hauptbahnhof, to Schwelm that was opened by the Bergisch-Märkische Railway Company on 9 October 1847. It has two platform tracks and it is classified by Deutsche Bahn as a category 6 station.The station is served by Rhine-Ruhr S-Bahn lines S 8 between Mönchengladbach and Hagen and S 9 between Recklinghausen and Hagen twice an hour (30 minutes alternatively).It is also served by bus route 606 operated by Wuppertaler Stadtwerke every 60 minutes.

The Alte Kirche (Old Church) is a Protestant church in the district Langerfeld of Wuppertal. It is one of two churches of the Protestant congregation Langerfeld and is located between the Odoakerstraße (Odoacer street) and the Schwelmer Straße (Schwelm street). It was built from 1768 to 1786; the first service took place on 24 September 1786, and was celebrated to the memory of Frederick II of Prussia.In 2015, when the congregation celebrated her 250th jubilee, the church was redeveloped Inside and Outside extensively.
