Bullewijk is a neighborhood and business park in the quarter of Amsterdam-Zuidoost (Amsterdam-Southeast), Netherlands. The neighborhood received its name in 1978 and was named after the nearby river of the same name. it was created due to a partial elevation of the Bullewijker and Holendrecht polder.

The Amsterdamse Poort is a shopping centre in the Amsterdam borough of Zuidoost. It opened in 1987. This shopping centre is the largest in Amsterdam. It is located near the Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA railway station and the ArenA Boulevard (Amsterdam ArenA, Heineken Music Hall, Pathé ArenA), adjacent to the Bijlmermeer neighbourhood, noted for its multicultural population. In the shopping centre there is a location for the Tickets & Service room for the railway station. There are also 225 shops. The public spaces on the Amsterdamse Poort were designed by the Dutch landscape architects Karres en Brands.

Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA (Dutch pronunciation: [ˌɑmstərˈdɑm ˈbɛilmər aːˈreːnaː]; abbreviation: Asb), previously named Amsterdam Bijlmer (1971–2006), is a railway station in the Bijlmermeer neighbourhood of stadsdeel (borough) Amsterdam-Zuidoost in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The station has five platforms and eight tracks; two for the Amsterdam Metro and six train tracks, along with a bus station. Train services are operated by Nederlandse Spoorwegen.

AFAS Live (formerly known as the Heineken Music Hall) is a concert hall in Amsterdam, Netherlands, near the Johan Cruyff Arena. The big hall, named "Black Box" has a capacity of 6,000 and is 3000 m2; a smaller hall for after parties (Beat Box) has a capacity of 700.

The World of Ajax is a museum and stadium tour dedicated to AFC Ajax' club history in Amsterdam in the Netherlands. The museum, located at the Johan Cruyff Arena, was opened on 14 August 1996 and is open daily for tours. There are two versions of the tour which involve different parts and elements of the Stadium and environment, namely the World of Ajax and the World of Ajax Kids Tour, one for children and one for the adults.

Amsterdam Holendrecht is a railway and metro station in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The station opened on 14 December 2008. Before that date Holendrecht was just a station on the Amsterdam Metro network which was opened on 16 October 1977 and is now served by two lines, the 50 and 54. It is located in Amsterdam-Zuidoost and it lies on the Amsterdam - Utrecht main line, between Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA and Abcoude. The station is near the Academic Medical Center.

The Johan Cruyff Arena (Dutch: Johan Cruijff Arena [ˈjoːɦɑŋ ˈkrœyf aːˌreːnaː]; officially stylised as Johan Cruijff ArenA) is the main stadium of the Dutch capital city of Amsterdam and the home stadium of football club AFC Ajax since its opening. Built from 1993 to 1996 at a cost equivalent to €140 million, it is the largest stadium in the country. The stadium was previously known as the Amsterdam Arena (stylised as Amsterdam ArenA) until the 2018–19 football season, when it was officially renamed in honour of legendary Dutch footballer Johan Cruyff (1947–2016) who died in March 2016.It was one of the stadiums used during UEFA Euro 2000, and also held the 1998 UEFA Champions League Final and 2013 UEFA Europa League Final. The stadium also hosted three group stage matches and one match in the round of 16 of the UEFA Euro 2020. The dance event Sensation was held in the stadium every year, up until the final edition in 2017. The stadium has a retractable roof and a grass surface. Since 2022, the stadium has a capacity of 56,130 people during football matches, increased from 54,990. The stadium has a capacity of 68,000 during concerts if a center-stage setup is used (the stage in the middle of the pitch); for end-stage concerts, the capacity is 50,000; and for concerts for which the stage is located in the east side of the stadium, the capacity is 35,000. It held UEFA five-star stadium status, which was superseded by a new system of classification.

The Academic Medical Center (Dutch: Academisch Medisch Centrum), or AMC, is the university hospital affiliated with the University of Amsterdam. It is one of the largest and leading hospitals of the Netherlands, located in the Bijlmer neighborhood in the most south-eastern part of the city of Amsterdam. AMC consistently ranks among the top 50 medical schools in the world.

Zuidoost United is a Dutch amateur football (soccer) club from the Amsterdam borough of Zuidoost, founded in 2010. The club hold both a Saturday and a Sunday team, competing in sections of the Vierde Klasse league.

Halte Amsterdam ArenA (Asdar) is a single rail train halt in the Bijlmermeer neighbourhood of stadsdeel (borough) Amsterdam-Zuidoost in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Situated right at the Johan Cruyff Arena, a football stadium which was previously known as the Amsterdam Arena, the station is specially built for supporter trains deployed during football matches that are considered high risk to the public, such as when local football club AFC Ajax face either Feyenoord, FC Utrecht, PSV or ADO Den Haag. In away matches supporters arrive and depart via this rail station. Regular attendants of the Ajax matches usually arrive via either the Duivendrecht railway station or the Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA railway station. Many away supporters also commonly arrive at the stadium by bus as well.
