Patinoire olympique de Pralognan-la-Vanoise

Pralognan-la-Vanoise (French pronunciation: [pʁalɔɲɑ̃ la vanwaz]) or simply Pralognan (Arpitan: Pralonyan) is an alpine commune in the Savoie department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region in Southeastern France. In 2019, it had a population of 715. The commune is located within Vanoise National Park. The Patinoire olympique was the curling venue for the 1992 Winter Olympics hosted in Albertville and surroundings in the French Alps.

Refuge de La Valette is a refuge in the French Alps, located in the town of Pralognan-la-Vanoise and a stop on the Tour des Glaciers de la Vanoise. The hut is owned by the Vanoise National Park and run by Julie Vingère et Baptiste Ginollin (two nature and mountain enthusiasts)
