Bishopstone, Salisbury

Throope Down (grid reference SU086244) is a 34.4 hectare biological Site of Special Scientific Interest in Wiltshire, England, on chalk grassland in Bishopstone parish south-east of Salisbury. The site was notified in 1971 and again in 1986.

The Church of St Mary & St Lawrence in the village of Stratford Tony, south Wiltshire, England, was built in the 13th century. It stands on the south bank of the River Ebble, accessed from the north down a lane, across the river and up a bank.It is recorded in the National Heritage List for England as a Grade I listed building, and is a redundant church, in the care of the Churches Conservation Trust since 1986.

Stratford Tony, also spelt Stratford Toney, formerly known as Stratford St Anthony and Toney Stratford, is a small village and civil parish in southern Wiltshire, England. It lies on the River Ebble and is about 4 miles (6.4 km) southwest of Salisbury.

Burcombe Down (grid reference SU064295) is an area of chalk grassland situated on a north-facing scarp slope to the south of Burcombe in Wiltshire, England. Because of its species-rich plant communities, an area of 47.1 hectares (116 acres) of the Down has been notified as a biological Site of Special Scientific Interest, notification originally taking place in 1971.

Knighton Downs and Wood (grid reference SU048237) is a 203.7 hectare biological Site of Special Scientific Interest in Wiltshire, notified in 1971.

Stratford Toney Down (grid reference SU095246) is a 23.1 hectare biological Site of Special Scientific Interest in Wiltshire, England, which was notified in 1987. The site lies in a shallow dry valled in the south of Stratford Tony parish, about 5 miles (7.5 km) south-west of Salisbury. It is important for the botanically rich chalk grassland – mainly sheep's fescue and meadow oat-grass – which supports several nationally rare plant and butterfly species.

Reddish House, also known as Reddish Manor, is an early 18th-century manor house in the village of Broad Chalke in Wiltshire, England. It was possibly built in its current form for Jeremiah Cray, a clothier. It is a Grade II listed building.Whilst the history of the property can be traced to the early 16th century, the house as it currently stands appears to have been developed in the early 18th century, when owned by a series of three absentee landlords all sharing the name Jeremiah Cray. The construction and design appear to show a mélange of influences of the architectural styles favoured during the reigns of Charles II (1660–1685); William III and Mary II (1689–1702); and Queen Anne (1702–1714).

Burcombe is a village in the civil parish of Burcombe Without, in Wiltshire, England. The village is about 4.5 miles (7 km) west of Salisbury city centre and lies each side of an unclassified road. Burcombe is an unspoiled village with many of the houses' gardens leading down to the River Nadder. The parish includes the hamlet of Ugford which is on the A30 road near the boundary with Wilton parish.
