The Carrick Borough Building or Carrick Municipal Building is a historic building in the Carrick neighborhood of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It was built in 1905–06, shortly after Carrick was organized as a borough, and housed the town's municipal government, volunteer fire department, and jail. After Carrick was annexed into the city of Pittsburgh in 1927, the building remained in use as a fire station until 1957 and has since been converted to commercial use. The Borough Building was designed by Edward Stotz in an eclectic style with strong Dutch Revival influences. It was nominated as a Pittsburgh historic landmark by Preservation Pittsburgh in October 2018 and the designation was approved in April 2019.

The former Overbrook Municipal Building is located at 2410 Saw Mill Run Boulevard in the Overbrook neighborhood of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The building was designed by architect Louis Stevens in the Colonial Revival style and was built in 1927-28.

South Bank is a station on the Overbrook branch of the Port Authority of Allegheny County's light rail network. It is located in the Overbrook neighborhood of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The station is a major transit facility, serving as not only a light rail stop but also as a bus stop along the South Busway, a bus rapid transit route. The station is also designed to serve the crowded and mostly residential community that surrounds the site.

Becks Run Road is a street in the Pittsburgh metropolitan area. It connects Brownsville Road in the Carrick neighborhood of Pittsburgh with East Carson Street on the South Side. It is part of the Blue Belt road system. It is one of few roads connecting the low-lying areas along the Monongahela River with the higher elevations to the south, and is therefore heavily traveled, in spite of being steep and narrow in some sections. The northern part of Becks Run Road follows part of the route of the H.B. Hays and Brothers Coal Railroad.

Brentwood Middle/High School is a small, suburban school located in Brentwood, Pennsylvania, United States, outside of Pittsburgh. It is part of the Brentwood Borough School District. The school currently teaches grades 6-12.

Denise is a station on the Overbrook branch of the Port Authority of Allegheny County's light rail network. It is located in the Carrick neighborhood of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The station features no parking or connecting bus routes but instead serves a (somewhat blighted) commercial corridor along Saw Mill Run Blvd and a slopeside residential area which extends from the west side of the station.

St. Clair Village was a public housing project of the Pittsburgh Housing Authority. Originally built in the 1950s, with 680 apartments, it fell into disrepair and financial difficulty along with much public housing in the city and was demolished in September 2010. Following the destruction of the St. Clair Village in 2010, the area is currently being redeveloped by the Hilltop Urban Farm, with the goal of transforming the site into the largest urban farm in the United States. It occupied the area of Pittsburgh also known as St. Clair.

McNeilly is a station on the Overbrook branch of the Port Authority of Allegheny County's light rail network. It is located in Baldwin Township, Pennsylvania. The station features no parking or connecting buses, but is located on a crowded strip of small businesses and many area residents are within walking distance of the station, providing easy access to Downtown.

Lower St. Clair Township was a township in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. The township was created by a division of St. Clair Township into Lower St. Clair and Upper St. Clair townships. St. Clair Township was named after Arthur St. Clair, an American Revolutionary War general and president of the Continental Congress. Lower St. Clair Township originally included the area from Chartiers Creek to Streets Run—including the present-day South Side and other southern neighborhoods of the City of Pittsburgh—and other areas of the South Hills. Lower St. Clair Township was subdivided many times and is no longer in existence. The last remnant of the township, absorbed into the City of Pittsburgh in 1920, is the current St. Clair neighborhood of Pittsburgh.
