Plaza San Lorenzo Ruiz or Plaza Lorenzo Ruiz (traditional Chinese: 花園口廣場; simplified Chinese: 花园口广场; pinyin: Huāyuánkǒu Guǎngchǎng; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Hoe-hn̂g-kháu Kóng-tiûⁿ; lit. 'at the foot/mouth of the garden') is a major public square in Binondo, Manila, bounded by Quintin Paredes Street (formerly Calle Rosario) to the east and Juan Luna Street (formerly Calle Anloague) to the west, parallel to the Estero de Binondo. It is the plaza that fronts the Minor Basilica of San Lorenzo Ruiz (Binondo Church), one of the main churches of the City of Manila, and is considered the center of Binondo as a whole. Originally called the Plaza de Binondo, and then Plaza Carlos IV after Charles IV of Spain, the plaza was eventually renamed Plaza Calderón de la Barca (often shortened to Plaza Calderón), after the famous Spanish playwright. It is believed that the plaza may have been renamed after Calderón either by the then-sitting Governor-General, or by the Dominican friars who were at the time running the Binondo Church, who had adored his works. The plaza was renamed after Lorenzo Ruiz, one of the Martyrs of Japan and the protomartyr of the Philippines, on September 12, 1981, by virtue of Batas Pambansa Blg. 133.

Lorenzo Ruiz Academy or Blessed Lorenzo Ruiz - Crusaders Academy as it appears on the facade of the school, (simplified Chinese: 圣军中学; traditional Chinese: 聖軍中學; pinyin: Shèngjūn Zhōngxué; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Sìng-kun Tiong-o̍h) is formerly known as the Crusaders' Academy, is a Filipino-Chinese Catholic school in Ongpin Street corner E.T. Yuchengco Street (formerly Nueva St.), Binondo, Manila, Philippines. The school was founded by the Order of Preachers, also known as the Dominican Order, and opened its first gate in 1946. The school was named after Lorenzo Ruiz, the country's first Protomartyr. In 2016, it celebrated its 70th founding anniversary.

The Raja Soliman Science and Technology High School (Filipino: Mataas na Paaralang Pang-Agham at Pangteknolohiya ng Raja Soliman) is a public science and technology high school located at Urbiztondo Street in Binondo, Manila, Philippines, although it is geographically within the jurisdiction of the district of San Nicolas. It is a DepEd-recognized science high school and is one of two public science high schools in the City of Manila: the other being the Manila Science High School. It was recognized as a national science and technology high school under Republic Act No. 8843.

El Hogar Filipino Building, also known simply as El Hogar, is an early skyscraper in Manila, Philippines. Built in 1914 and located at the corner of Juan Luna Street and Muelle dela Industría in the Binondo district, El Hogar Building was designed by Ramon Irureta-Goyena and Francisco Perez-Muñoz in the Beaux-Arts style. Its architecture reflects elements of Neoclassical and Renaissance styles. El Hogar Building was built as a wedding present of Antonio Melian y Pavia, third Count of Peracamps, to his bride Margarita Zóbel de Ayala, who was a sister of Enrique Zóbel de Ayala in 1914. During its heyday, El Hogar Building housed the Sociedad El Hogar Filipino, a financing cooperative founded by Melian, and the offices of Smith Bell and CompanyIt survived World War II and a number of earthquakes and is one of two remaining American-era structures in the area facing the Pasig River. Right across Juan Luna Street, on its northern front, is another important edifice, the Pacific Commercial Company Building or commonly known as the First National City Bank Building which was built in 1922. The value of the building is its architecture, which is a representation of American period design, materials, and construction method. El Hogar Building is a representation of the architecture of business establishments of that era. It also has a collective value as one of the significant structures within the historic Binondo district and Escolta Street, along the cultural landscape of the Pasig River.

Juan Luna Building (also known as the Juan Luna Plaza) is a historic building located in Binondo, Manila, Philippines. It was also known as the Pacific Commercial Company Building, First National City Bank Building, and the Ayala Building.
