The Eli and Sidney Teeter Albertson House is a single family home located at 4480 Sheldon Road in Oakland Charter Township, Michigan. It is a rare Victorian example of an I-house in Oakland Township. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.

KDTI (90.3 FM, "K-Love 2000s") is a radio station broadcasting a Christian contemporary music format focusing on songs from the 2000s. Licensed to Rochester Hills, Michigan, United States, the station is currently owned by the Educational Media Foundation.Formerly licensed to Sheridan, Wyoming, on March 10, 2015, the station moved to Rochester Hills, Michigan (a suburb of Detroit) and signed on at 90.3 MHz with an effective radiated power of 37 watts. At this time, the station also switched to K-Love's sister network, Air1. It is the second licensed radio station in the state of Michigan with a call sign beginning with the letter K, with the first being KTGG in Spring Arbor. In October 2018, the station flipped to the EMF's K-Love Classics network. In November 2020, the station flipped to "K-Love Christmas" for the holiday season after the national discontinuation of K-Love Classics, emerging under the new "K-Love 2000s" format in January 2021.

The Royal Park Hotel is a luxury boutique hotel located in Rochester, Michigan. Architect Victor Saroki designed the hotel in a stately English manor house style. The hotel contains the newly renovated PARK 600 bar + kitchen. In addition, the hotel ballroom can accommodate conferences for up to 1,200 guests and dining for up to 720. Royal Park Hotel is a member of World Hotels.

The Rochester Grain Elevator, formerly the Griggs Brothers Grain Elevator, is a grain elevator located at 303 East University Drive in Rochester, Michigan. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2010.

Disco, Michigan was a village in what is now Shelby Charter Township, Michigan.Disco was located at the intersection of Whiskey Road (now 24 Mile Road) and Van Dyke Road. It was platted in 1849. It was first populated by European settlers, mainly from New York State around 1830. Their homesteads were near the common corner of sections 9, 10, 15 and 16 of Shelby Township, then referred to as the "Utica Plains" vicinity. By coincidence, the offices and township hall of the Charter Township of Shelby are now located in the Southeast quadrant of this same roadway intersection.Disco got its name from two possible origins: from the Latin word "Discare", meaning 'to learn'; or as a contraction of District of Columbia. Disco never incorporated, although the local high school, the "Disco Academy" gained some recognition and a post office operated named Disco from May 5, 1854, until July 31, 1906.Disco had two general stores, wagon shops, blacksmith shops, a harness shop, a paint shop, and a hotel named The Halfway House - as the village was at the midpoint of the Concord Coach Line running between Royal Oak, Michigan and Almont, Michigan. Industries included a feed mill, cider mill, wooden bowl mill, and a planing mill. The Disco Methodist Church was established by Orestes Millerd, who settled in the area around 1827. The Mennonite Church, built in the late 1890s, was used as a house of worship until the early 1930s. In 1988 the building was moved, and reconstructed into a home near its original site. Today, only a small number of old homes and a namesake location on county road maps are all that remain of this early Shelby Township historic village. The Western Knitting Mills is a former industrial building located at 400 Water Street in Rochester, Michigan. The building has been renovated to serve commercial tenants, including Rochester Mills Beer Company. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2000.

Rochester is a city in Oakland County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 12,711 at the 2010 census. It is a northern suburb in Metro Detroit located 20 miles north of the city of Detroit.Rochester was the first European settlement in Oakland County when it was founded in 1818. It became part of the Avon Township in 1835 and incorporated as an autonomous city in 1967. It is mostly surrounded by the city of Rochester Hills and also borders Shelby Township to the east.

The Rollin Sprague Building, also known as the Old Stone Store, is a commercial building located at 300 Main Street in Rochester, Michigan. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1999. The building is a rare example of coursed, cobblestone construction, and is the only known commercial building in Michigan featuring this type of construction.
