Bracebridge is a suburb of Lincoln, Lincolnshire, England. It is situated approximately 2 miles (3 km) south from the city centre on the main A1434 Newark Road, stretching approximately from St Catherine's to Swallowbeck alongside the east bank of the River Witham, and the village of Bracebridge Heath. Under the Local Government Act 1888 Bracebridge was part of Kesteven and considered a separate town within that county. The Local Government Act 1894 changed Bracebridge's status to an Urban District within Lincoln in the county of Lindsey. Bracebridge now falls under the City of Lincoln Council, within the county of Lincolnshire. Bracebridge was formerly served by the now-defunct Bracebridge railway station which was located to the rear of the Manse estate which is accessible from Brant Road. Bracebridge lowfields consist of Brant Road area to Waddington Village in the south and Newark Road area to St. Catherines roundabout at South Park. Using Cross O'Cliff hill from the South Park roundabout, one can access Bracebridge Heath, which has a mixed development of old and new properties and commercial units. It is possible to access the town of Sleaford from 'the heath' as it is locally known via the A15 or Grantham via the A607. Both Bracebridge and Bracebridge Heath are served by regular bus services. The Number 1 goes from Lincoln City bus station to Grantham via Cross O'Cliff hill and the A607, Bracebridge Lowfields are served by the 13/14 Service which travels around the Larne Road area and on to Waddington village. Also serving Bracebridge is the number 27 which travels to ASDA in North Hykeham; this follows the route of Newark Road. All Saints' Church dates from the 11th century, but was remodelled in 1875 by J L Pearson. It was further restored in 1895 and the 20th century and is a Grade I listed building.

St. Katherine's Priory also known as The Priory of Saint Katherine without Lincoln was a Gilbertine priory of Canons Regular on the Fosse Way just outside the walls of Lincoln, England. The Priory ran the Hospital of St Sepulchre, probably the first hospital in the city.

St Katherine's Church, Lincoln also known as "Southside" and "St Katherines Cathedral Church" is a Grade II-listed church in Lincoln, Lincolnshire, England. It is a former Methodist church in the Boultham and St Catherine's areas of the city. It was first opened in 1887 with the tower and spire being added later. During its use as a place of worship, it was dubbed "Lincoln's second cathedral (after the much older and larger cathedral in the city centre). The church was declared redundant in 1982 and was then reused for a DIY warehouse before being left vacated. Now it is in use for a community venue and commercial centre as "Southside".

St Catherine's is an area of Lincoln, Lincolnshire, England, at the southern end of the High Street, and centred on a roundabout at its junction with the A15, B1190 (Newark Road) and South Park Avenue (continuation of the A15). The area is bordered by the South Common in the east and the River Witham in the west. It is built over the site of the 12th century Priory of Saint Katherine without Lincoln, a monastic community that ran the Hospital of Saint Sepulchre.

The Old Deanery, Lincoln was the official residence of the Dean of Lincoln. It was a spacious building set around a courtyard. The Deanery is thought to have been started in 1254 by Richard de Gravesend, who became Dean in that year and Bishop of Lincoln four years later. The hall stood on the north side of the court. The great kitchen, the buttery and other offices stood in the same range of buildings. They were extensively damaged during the English Civil War and rebuilt after 1660. The southern entrance tower or Flemyng tower was built by Dr Robert Flemyng and his arms were on both the north and south fronts of the tower. The Deanery was pulled down in 1847 and replaced by the present building by William Burn. This was to become the Cathedral School and later the Minster School. In 2017 plans to convert the building into a visitor and education centre for Lincoln Cathedral were announced.

The Hospital of the Holy Innocents, or the Melandry was a Leper Hospital on South Park common in Lincoln, England. It was founded in the late 11th or early 12th century either by Bishop Remigius or Henry I. It was possibly the first Leper Hospital to be founded in England. In 1422 the confraternity of Burton Lazars was granted the Hospital of the Holy Innocents. At the time of Dissolution of the Monasteries, the Hospital, together with the Burton Lazars hospital were purchased by William Cecil, 1st Baron Burghley

South Bar Congregational Church, Lincoln is a former congregational church in the city of Lincoln in Lincolnshire, England. It was built originally in 1905 as a Congregational Church but was partly demolished at some point. The church continued to be in use until the 1990s when in 1991, it was declared redundant and was later converted for office and storage space for a Peugeot dealership as part of the Abacus Motors Group. The garage was closed in 2018 and the site of the garage along with the chapel became subject to vandalism and attracting drug dealers. Both the garage and showroom of the former dealership were demolished and the surrounding extensions to the church. The church is still in situ due to it being located in a conservation area and is awaiting conversion for residential purposes along with the surrounding site of the former dealership and garage.

The Church of St. Basil and St. Paisios, Lincoln also known as the Greek Orthodox Church of St. Basil and St. Paisios in Lincoln is an active Greek Orthodox Church in Lincoln, Lincolnshire, England. It is a former Church of England church which was dedicated to St Botolph and was active between 1721 and 2020/21. The church is dedicated to St. Basil and St. Paisios. The church is a Grade II listed building.

Central Lincolnshire is the name given to a region of Lincolnshire in the East Midlands, England. The area covers the districts of North Kesteven and West Lindsey as well as the City of Lincoln. The name is used for the planning and development of a part of Lincolnshire surrounding Lincoln, North Hykeham, Sleaford, Market Rasen, Caistor and Gainsborough as well as other outlying villages and hamlets.

Bracebridge railway station was a freight only station in Bracebridge, Lincolnshire, England situated just south of Lincoln. It was used for goods services.

Sincil Bank Stadium, known for sponsorship reasons as LNER Stadium, is a football stadium in Lincoln, England which has been the home of Lincoln City since 1895. Previously, Lincoln City had played at the nearby John O'Gaunts ground since the club's 1884 inception. The stadium has an overall capacity of 10,669. It is overlooked by Lincoln Cathedral. Former Lincoln City chairman John Reames re-purchased the ground from the local council in 2000 at a cost of £175,000. The club had sold it in 1982 for £225,000 in order to fend off the threat of eviction, arranging a 125-year lease. On 28 November 2008, the stadium hosted England U16s' 2–0 win over Scotland U16s to win the Victory Shield, an annual football competition between the four Home Nations at the Under 16 level. Martin Peters paraded the FIFA World Cup Trophy at the ground in March 2010 as part of its global tour.On 10 December 2019, London North Eastern Railway (LNER) was confirmed as Lincoln City's new stadium sponsor. Sincil Bank – the Imps' home since 1895 – was renamed to the LNER Stadium in a 3-year partnership agreement. The stadium has previously been renamed in 2012 and 2013.

St Helen's Church, Lincoln is a grade II* listed church in Boultham Park in the Boultham suburb of Lincoln in Lincolnshire, England. It is one of the oldest churches in Lincoln as it was built in the 13th Century. After a period of being abandoned, it was restored to use by C. Hodgson Fowler for use as a place of worship and it has since been active. It was grade II* listed in October 1953. The church is combined with the nearby Holy Cross Church (a brick-built church seating 200, whose foundation stone was laid in 1939) to form the "Congregation of Holy Cross and St Helen's", whose regular services are held in Holy Cross. St Helen's, which seats 60, is used for small weddings and other special events. Part of the church's listing entry describes it as having: "FITTINGS include a good square baluster shaped font, C18, inscribed "Boultham Church", and a desk with reused C18 fleur-de-lys ends. C19 fittings include octagonal oak skeleton pulpit, traceried stalls, wrought-iron altar rail and plain octagonal font. MEMORIALS include 2 tablets, mid C19, and 3 brasses c1900, all to the Ellison family of Boultham Hall. Brass war memorial tablet, 1919." - "Buildings of England : Lincolnshire: Pevsner N: Lincolnshire: London: 1989-: 526". The Friends of the Church of St Helen's, Boultham is a registered charity established in 2003, formed to "maintain the structure of St Helens Church Boultham Lincoln, and the church yard". In the churchyard stands a memorial to soldiers killed in the Crimean War. The granite memorial is dated circa 1851 and is thought to be a coping stone. Part of the inscription reads "Brought from Sevastopol . . . ".
