Charles Sweeton House, also known as Mount Pleasant School, is a historic home located in Center Township, Vanderburgh County, Indiana. The original two-room brick Mount Pleasant schoolhouse was built in 1888, and remodeled and expanded in 1926 into a two-story, Bungalow style private residence. The exterior is sheathed in stucco and the front facade features a full-width one-story porch with Doric order columns and a central eyebrow arch.: 6 It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2005.

McJohnston Chapel and Cemetery is a historic chapel and cemetery located in Center Township, Vanderburgh County, Indiana. It was built in 1880, and is a small Gothic Revival style, rectangular red brick building. It has a projecting vestibule topped by a bell tower and steeple. Adjacent to the chapel is the cemetery, with the oldest gravestone dated to 1819. It is the oldest cemetery in Vanderburgh County that remain in use.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.

The Log Inn is a family-style restaurant located in southeastern Johnson Township in Gibson County, Indiana. It was founded around 1825 by Mr. Henry Haub, the namesake of nearby Haubstadt. During its lifetime it has been used as a host to Abraham Lincoln; a stop on the Underground Railroad; a stop on the Dixie Highway, the main road between Chicago and Florida, which eventually became US 41. A dance hall was later built above the tavern and store and the complex would later become known as The Log Inn. The Log Inn is officially recognized as the oldest restaurant in Indiana.
