Harlan Spring Historic District is a national historic district located at Hedgesville, Berkeley County, West Virginia. It encompasses seven contributing buildings related to the early settlement of Berkeley County. They include the Spring Hill log house (ca. 1740), The Harlan Cottage (c. 1860), "The Willows" (c. 1812), and Lingamfelter House.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

Hughes-Cunningham House, also known as "HuCuRu," is a historic home located near Hedgesville, Berkeley County, West Virginia. The log and stone house is in two sections. The main section was built in 1772 and is a two-story, three bay, gable roofed log building on a stone foundation. It measures 30 feet wide by 25 feet deep. A two bay, one story stone wing was added about 1784.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985. The house was heavily damaged in a fatal fire on August 27, 2017.

It is five bays wide, has a gable roof, and sits on a fieldstone foundation. It features a two-story, polygonal brick window bay and two-story frame porch. Also on the property are a brick smokehouse (1890-1892) and privy / shed (1890-1892).It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.

It encompasses five contributing buildings, constructed between about 1790 and 1922, and two contributing sites. They include the Falling Waters Presbyterian Church (1834) and Manse (1922) and Stephen Hammond Mill (c. 1790), Miller's House (c. 1790), and Spring House (c. 1800). The buildings are of masonry construction. The sites are the Falling Waters Presbyterian Church Cemetery and the site of Dr. Allen Hammonds House.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2004.

It was built in 1928 and is a two-story, two bay, frame vernacular house with some Colonial Revival details. It sits on a concrete block foundation and has a standing seam, metal gable roof. It is built of parts ordered from the Sears and Roebuck Company. Also on the property is a garage (1928).It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.

It is five bays wide and the ell is four bays long with a two-story recessed porch. The entrance features a one bay, one story pedimented portico with plain balusters and column shafts with chamfered edges, known as a "West Virginia Porch."It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

Hedges-Lemen House, also known as "Fort Hill," is a historic home located near Hedgesville in Berkeley County, West Virginia, United States. It is a two-story, gable roof, limestone dwelling with a central block and wing. The central block was built in 1748 by Joshua Hedges as an Indian fort named "Fort Hill;" the wing was added in 1792. It measures 36 feet wide by 30 feet deep and the wing measures 30 feet wide by 28 feet deep. Also on the property is a stone barn (c. 1840) and Lemen family cemetery.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1991.

Peter Speck House is a historic home located near Martinsburg, Berkeley County, West Virginia. It was built between 1814 and 1815, and consists of a two-story, two-bay, log section with a gable roof (c. 1814) attached to a two-story, two-bay, gable-roofed stone section (c. 1815). The building dates to the Federal period. It features a one-story, hip-roof front porch added in the early 1900s. Also on the property is a fieldstone spring house (c. 1815).It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.
