Hardturm

Stadion Zürich is a planned stadium in Zurich, Switzerland. It will be the home stadium of FC Zürich and Grasshopper Club Zürich, replacing the Hardturm stadium which was closed in September 2007. An initial project was announced in 2003 and should have been ready for Euro 2008. It was backed by the City of Zurich and Credit Suisse. The multi-use stadium would have had a capacity of 30,000 people. In September 2003, the voters of the city of Zurich approved a credit of 47.7 million Swiss francs for its construction. The project was delayed by various legal proceedings. In June 2009, it was announced the initial project was dropped and a smaller football stadium with a capacity of 20,000 was planned for 2014–2015. However, this latter project was turned down by a public referendum, in which 50.8% of the voters said no to the new stadium. In November 2018 there will be another public referendum over a new stadium on the area of the old Hardturm stadium. Projekt Ensemble, as it is called, is combining a stadium with a capacity 20,000 with two skyscraper and a cooperative settlement.

MuDA was the acronym of the Museum of Digital Art, an art space dedicated to digital arts. The institute was opened in February 2016 in Zurich by the non-profit Digital Arts Association. It closed by the end of June 2020.

Höngg is a quarter in district 10 in Zürich. It was formerly a municipality of its own, having been incorporated into Zürich in 1934. The quarter has a population of 21,186, distributed across an area of 6.98 km². Höngg is renowned for its funfairs, such as the Wümmetfest and the Räbeliechtli Umzug. The Protestant church Alte Kirche Höngg is the main church of Höngg.

The Alte Kirche Höngg (old church of Höngg) is a Reformed church in the district 10 of Zürich. Its congregation forms part of the Evangelical Reformed Church of the Canton of Zürich. Based on archeological research, the basement of the church relates to the 8/9th century. Therefore, the vineyard on which this church is on top of is a point for people to pray and meet since over 1200 years. Over the last few centuries, the church has been extended in size and structure before getting the shape it has today. However, at the beginning of the Reformation in 1523 a few local inhabitants removed all the statues and pictures from within the church. It was further in 1863 where the tower roof together with the clock face was renewed.

The Prime Tower, also named "Maag-Tower" in an earlier stage of planning, is a skyscraper (Hochhaus) in Zurich, Switzerland. At a height of 126 metres (413 ft), it was the highest skyscraper in Switzerland from 2011 until 2015, when the Roche Tower in Basel (standing at 178 metres (584 ft)) was finished. The building is located near the Hardbrücke railway station in Zürich West of the Industriequartier. The tower replaces an industrial facility. According to its developers, the tower's construction, which took 15 years to plan and execute, was a financial success, with its valuation based on lease rates exceeding the construction cost by CHF 110 million.A webcam on top of the building offers a 360° view of Zürich.

Its research team comprises mostly graduates in economy, political economy and political science (with 4 women and 14 men in 2019).Avenir Suisse is a non-lucrative purpose foundation with headquarters in Zurich. The foundation has a yearly budget of 5 million Swiss Francs and its fund reaches 50 million. The foundation is completely free in its research and content. Founded in 1999 by 14 of the most important Swiss multinationals, Avenir Suisse is nowadays supported by 130 donors: Swiss companies as well as individuals.

District 10 is a district in the Swiss city of Zurich. The district comprises the quarters Wipkingen and Höngg. Both entities were formerly municipalities of their own but were incorporated into Zurich in 1893 and 1934, respectively.

The Hardbrücke (Swiss German: Hardbrugg) is a 1,350 metres (4,430 ft) long road bridge and important north–south connection in the Swiss city of Zürich. As of 2009, 70,000 vehicles use the bridge daily. From north to south, the bridge crosses Wipkingerplatz in the Wipkingen quarter, the River Limmat, a couple of roads of the Industriequartier (including Escher-Wyss-Platz), the railway tracks of the Zürich–Baden and Käferberg lines (including a railway station), numerous holding tracks of the track field preceding Zürich HB, the former goods station (mostly removed) and a road (Hohlstrasse) in Zürich's District 4. Over the Limmat, the Hardbrücke forms an upper level to the lower level Wipkingerbrücke, a road/tramway bridge. There are several exit and entrance ramps that link the bridge to the streets below. Some junctions on the bridge have traffic lights.

Zürich Hardbrücke railway station (German: Bahnhof Zürich Hardbrücke) is a railway station in the central part of the Swiss city of Zürich. It is situated below Hardbrücke, a road bridge that lends its name to the station. Hardbrücke station is only 1.9 kilometres (1.2 mi) away from Zürich HB (main station) and situated near the business and entertainment district Zürich West, next to the Prime Tower.

Zürich Altstetten railway station (German: Bahnhof Zürich Altstetten) is a railway station in the Altstetten quarter of the Swiss city of Zürich. The station is located on the Zürich to Olten main line and is the junction for the Zürich to Zug via Affoltern am Albis line.The station is served by lines S5, S11, S12, S14, S19, and S42 of the Zürich S-Bahn. It is also a calling point for the hourly InterRegio services that link Basel to Zurich Airport via Zürich Hauptbahnhof, and Bern to Zürich via Olten.The station is well connected to the ZVV network, with bus and tram stops on both sides of the station. Since 2022 the station also serves as the eastern terminus of the Limmattal light rail line.

Utogrund is a football stadium in Zurich, Switzerland. It is the home ground for SC YF Juventus and has a capacity of 2,800.

Liceo linguistico e scientifico "Pier Martire Vermigli" (Italian pronunciation: [liˈtʃɛːo liŋˈɡwistiko e ʃʃenˈtiːfiko ˌpjɛr ˈmartire verˈmiʎʎi]) is a private Italian international liceo (upper secondary school) in Zürich, Switzerland. It is on the second and third floors of the "Casa d'Italia" facility, which also houses the Scuola statale primaria e dell'infanzia/Scuola Italiana di Zurigo, a primary school operated by the Italian government; and the Scuola media paritaria "Enrico Fermi", which is a private Italian lower secondary school.It was founded in 1978.
