Khatib MRT station is an above-ground Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station on the North South line (NSL) in Yishun, Singapore. The station is located at the junction of Yishun Ring Road and Yishun Avenue 2, and is one of the two stations that currently serve Yishun New Town; the other being Yishun station. The section of tracks between this station and Yio Chu Kang station is the longest between any two stations on the MRT network.

Founded in 1957, NBSS initially began as a school for children of employees of the British Navy. Since 2003, NBSS has been organizing overseas trips for their students to decrease delinquency along with getting students more interested in the arts.

The Yishun Community Hospital (Abbreviation: YCH) is a 428-bed community hospital in Yishun, Singapore. It is part of an integrated healthcare development that includes the Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (abbreviated to KTPH).

Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (Abbreviation: KTPH) is a 795-bed general and acute care hospital located at Yishun in Singapore. Named after Singaporean hotelier, Khoo Teck Puat, the hospital is part of an integrated development together with the adjoining Yishun Community Hospital. The hospital was officially opened by Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew on 15 November 2010, but began seeing outpatients and day surgery patients on 28 March that year. Spanning over 3.5 hectares (8.6 acres) in the Yishun Central Area overlooking the scenic Yishun Pond. The hospital offers an extensive range of medical services and healthcare options for residents living in the north. As of October 2017, KTPH merged with the National Healthcare Group and is now known as Yishun Health, together with Yishun Community Hospital and Admiralty Medical Centre.

Yishun Innova Junior College (YIJC) is one of the 14 junior colleges in Singapore, offering two-year pre-university programmes for students who graduate from secondary schools after their O-level examinations. The two-year A-Level programme prepares students for education in local or foreign universities.

Yishun Park is a 14-hectare park located in Yishun, Singapore. It is within the vicinity of Northland Primary School, SAFRA Yishun Country Club and Yishun Park Hawker Centre. The park is connected to Yishun Pond Park by an 84-meter elevated bridge.

Yishun Bus Interchange is located in northern Singapore, integrated with Northpoint City. The interchange is part of the Yishun Integrated Transport Hub (ITH), which opened on 8 September 2019. Before this interchange, the original bus interchange was in operation from 23 August 1987 to 13 March 2015. Operations were transferred to a temporary site on 14 March 2015 for the construction of Yishun Integrated Transport Hub (ITH), and eventually closed on 7 September 2019.

Yishun Public Library (Simplified Chinese: 义顺社区图书馆), is a public library located in Yishun in the northern region of Singapore, initially opened on 26 February 1998. It serves areas such as Yishun, Seletar, Ang Mo Kio and Kebun Baru planning areas. Formerly situated in the third level of the Sembawang Town Council building at Block 290 Yishun Street 22, Singapore 760290, it was closed on 23 October 2008 and reopened to the public on 14 November that year, currently within the fourth level of Northpoint City's new extension and closer to Yishun MRT station. The new location has an area of 2000 square metres and has a collection of 150,000 books, 7500 for each section and has a Cafe Galilee which the old location lacked. The cafe was later removed in 2014. On 15 January 2017, Yishun Public Library was closed for renovation due to the effect of refurbishment and Asset Enhancement Initiative (AEI) at Northpoint. It was then reopened on 3 February 2018.

Northpoint City (formerly known as Northpoint Shopping Centre) is a suburban shopping mall in Yishun, Singapore. The mall houses the North Park Residences condominium, Nee Soon Central Community Club, Yishun Public Library and Yishun Bus Interchange. It was first built in 1992, and was renovated and expanded in 2010. It underwent a second renovation and expansion in 2017. It is currently the largest shopping mall in northern Singapore. The centre has a combined net lettable area of 500,000 sq ft (46,000 m2) and has more than 400 tenants.

Yishun Pond Park (or Yishun Pond) is an urban park located at Yishun, Singapore. It is situated along Yishun Central in front of Khoo Teck Puat Hospital and connects the residential areas to Yishun MRT station and Northpoint Shopping Centre. The park features a large pond that serves as a recreational spot for residents and doubles as a water catchment area. Water from the pond is used in the irrigation system of Khoo Teck Puat Hospital.The park was renovated in 2006 and is linked to Yishun Park via an 84-meter elevated bridge.
