Heggedal

Heggedal Station (Norwegian: Heggedal stasjon) is a railway station located at Heggedal in Asker, Norway on the Spikkestad Line. Heggedal station is located around 99.2 meters above sea level and 29.34 km from Oslo Central Station.

Bødalen is a village in Røyken in Asker municipality of Akershus, Norway. Bødalen is situated adjacent to Slemmestad. It is located about 35 km south of Oslo and 25 kilometers east of Drammen. For statistical purposes, it is regarded as a part of the Oslo metropolitan urban area. North of Bødalen and its vicinities is a continuous residential area that continues throughout Asker and Bærum to Oslo. Bødalen forms part of the Oslo Geological Region (Oslofeltet). This area is located in the escarpment between bedrock to the south and sedimentary rocks in the north. It forms part of the geological area Oslo Graben.

Gullhella Station (Norwegian: Gullhella holdeplass) is a railway station located at Gullhella in Asker, Norway on the Spikkestad Line. The station was opened as part of the Drammen Line on 15 July 1937, but in 1973 the new Lieråsen Tunnel opened through Lieråsen, and the old part of the Drammen Line was transformed to a commuter train line. The station is served by Oslo Commuter Rail trains to Oslo Central Station and onward to Lillestrøm Station. Heggedal is primarily a residential area. The station was refurbished 2009–10.

Bondivatn Station (Norwegian: Bondivatn holdeplass) is a railway station in Asker, Norway on the Spikkestad Line. It was opened as part of the Drammen Line on 7 July 1952. In 1973 the Lieråsen Tunnel opened through Lieråsen, and the old part of the Drammen Line was transformed to a commuter train line. The station is served by commuter trains to Oslo Central Station and onward to Lillestrøm Station. Bondivatn is primarily a residential area.

Varner Arena (formerly Risenga Ishall) is an indoor ice hockey arena, located in Asker, Norway. The 3,650-spectator arena serves as the home of Fjordkraft-ligaen side Frisk Asker Ishockey. Construction on the new arena started on September 3, 2019, and Varner Arena had its official opening on 19 February 2022 against Stavanger Oilers, Frisk Asker also won 3-2 after overtime. The construction of the ice rink started in the autumn of 2019. Varner Arena has a spectator capacity of 3800 spectators, approximately divided into 3150 seats, 500 standing places and 150 restaurant guests. The track width is 26 meters, which is an «NHL goal». Varner Arena has a parking basement with space for about 200 cars. Frisk Asker Ice Hockey has entered into an agreement with the fashion group Varner-Gruppen in 2022, which means that the club's new arena will be called Varner Arena. The agreement has a framework of 10 years.

Askerhallen is an indoor ice hockey arena located in Asker, Norway. The capacity of the arena is 2,400 and was opened in 1969. It is the home arena of Frisk Tigers ice hockey team and the juniors of Frisk Asker. In 1969, Norway's fourth indoor ice hockey rink was opened in Asker, the first of its kind in the Oslo area. Farmer Bjørn Mortensen wished to give something back to the community, and came to agreement with the local municipality to build Askerhallen. The arena was damaged in a fire in 1972, but it was quickly rebuilt and re-opened for the 1972–73 season. The arena's appearance is much the same today as it was back then, apart from the installation of new seating, VIP and press boxes.

Vollen is a part of the Asker municipality in Akershus county, Norway. For statistical purposes, it is usually treated as part of the Oslo urban area. It is mainly a residential area, though the area has a café, a restaurant, several art galleries, a primary school and secondary school.

Bleiker High School (Bleiker videregående skole) is located in Asker, Norway. The school was established in 1969 under the name Asker vocational school and was the first vocational school in Asker . Previously, students would take vocational education go to Sandvika. But in 1967, two branch classes in Asker, and they became the basis for the new school was the first time lived in many places. After 10 years it got its own school building in 1979.
