Forum Mall Kochi is an upcoming mall under construction in the city of Kochi, Kerala, India. The Mall is promoted by one of the India's largest realty firm, the Prestige Group. Spanning over 10 acres of land, the mall has a total built up area of 10,60,000 sq ft and total retail space of 6,47,000 sq ft. The mall will have 6 major and 4 minor anchors including a Hypermarket, a Family Entertainment Centre, 20 restaurants, 11 food counters, 700 seater food court and 9 screen multiplex by PVR. A 40-room hotel space is also being developed in collaboration with Marriott International. The mall was scheduled to start its construction in 2009, however delayed due to global recession. The mall started its construction in April 2011, scheduled for a completion in 2022(not yet completed construction).

Nettoor (also spelled as Nettur aka Tirunettur) is a region in the city of Kochi. It is around 5 km (3.1 mi) from Vytilla Junction and around 8 km (5.0 mi) from Ernakulam Junction Railway Station. Nettoor is located on Panangad Island and is a part of Maradu Municipality. Tirunettur Railway Station on Kochi-Alappuzha railway line is situated on the northern end of Nettoor. Both NH 66 and NH 966B passes through Nettoor.

It's an area well connected with Kochi Metro Rail, utilizing Kadavanthra metro station for passenger movements. The Major celebration of this place is the Annual feast of Our Lady of Dolours Ambikapuram, which conducts in September every year. The feast is celebrated by the devotees irrespective of caste or creed. The strong devotion to Mother Mary is the highlight of this street.

The mall is constructed and managed by ABAD Builders, a prominent builder of villas and apartments based in Kochi. The mall has a total built-up area of 2.3 lakh sqft, including 1.25 lakh gross leasable (retail) space. The mall was opened with much gala on 5 November 2010 and is spread over 3 floors. The Mall is India's first LEED certified gold rated green mall. Nucleus Mall has won Realty Plus Excellence Award for 2012 in the category of environment-friendly commercial project of the year in South India.

Venduruthy is a small island in Kochi, India. It is now a part of the greater Willingdon Island. The isolated island is approachable only from the Ernakulam backwater channel. It boasted of two edifices-the Roman Catholic Church of Saint Peter and Saint Paul, it was built by the early Portuguese settlers in the 16th century.In 1925 when the late Marquis of Willingdon was Governor of Madras Province, the question of reclaiming this boggy marshland arose in Parliament and after many heated debates, reclamation was put into operation, lasting over a period of twenty years, eventually producing an island of no mean size. Black heavy clay silt was scoured from the channel bed by the dredger Lord Willingdon and deposited in vast quantities upon the site, whilst around the perimeter a strong four-foot stone wall was constructed as a safeguard against inroads from the sea. Trees were planted along the coast to keep the soil firm. Within a decade the island which is now named Willingdon Island came into being. The Cochin Port Trust (Madras), commandeered the areas fringing the Mattancherry Channel north-west of the island and built fine buildings and a solid wharf. The rest of the land lay open with an abundance of grass and shrubbery growing in great profusion [1]. An Indian Naval Training Establishment, INS Venduruthy has been named after it. Two important defense schools at Venduruthy are—the Gunnery School and the Navigation and Direction School.
