Budapest Business School

Pillangó utca (lit. Butterfly street) is a station of the M2 (East-West) line of the Budapest Metro. The station was opened on 2 April 1970 as part of the inaugural section of Line M2, between Deák Ferenc tér and Örs vezér tere.

Kincsem Park is a major horse racing venue in Budapest, Hungary. The 84-hectare park, named after the racehorse Kincsem, can accommodate thoroughbred racing and harness racing, and can also be configured as a concert venue. Although the track experienced a drop in attendance in recent years, it has enjoyed new popularity among racing fans due to the success of Hungarian racehorse Overdose. In August 2009, Madonna performed in front of a sold-out crowd of 41,000 fans as a part of her Sticky & Sweet Tour.

Budapest Metropolitan University (Hungarian: Budapesti Metropolitan Egyetem) is an accredited private institute of higher education in Budapest, Hungary. It is formally known as the Budapest Metropolitan University or budapesti Metropolitan Egyetem. As the Budapest College of Communication and Business (Hungarian: Budapesti Kommunikációs és Üzleti Főiskola), it had offered regular and correspondence BA courses in business communication, international communication, a joint degree in communication (journalism) and European public service and business administration between 2001 and 2005. The university was accredited as an adult education institute, as well, in 2003. It has started the training of television journalists in partnership with the Hungarian Public Television. It has its own language department, which functions as an official EURO, ITK-Origo and TOEIC language exam centre and offers regular, business and special language courses. The Trade Academy of BKF offers special courses at intermediate and advanced level. The students can master the tricks of their chosen professions in study groups of 12-18 in the school’s campus, which is located in a suburb of Budapest. The well-equipped and modern school buildings have recently been renovated, and a brand-new, high-tech building was constructed in 2005 with the support of the European Union. Apart from baccalaureate courses, the school also offers vocational and post graduate courses, company courses in communication, business communication and European public management. The school also has a secondary school (BKF Bilingual Vocational School). BKF focused on Communication and Media studies, Business, Economics and Marketing, Tourism and Hospitality, and Applied and Media Arts Budapest Metropolitan University of Applied Sciences had its first graduation ceremony on February 26, 2005, when the school bid farewell in style to the first students of business communication who graduated in January 2005. Since 2005, MET has implemented the Bologna process, and transformed the study programmes by the new Hungarian accreditation requirements. The current, running BA and BSc programmes are communication and media studies, business and management, international business, trade and marketing, tourism, public service. In 2009, MET integrated the "Heller Farkas" College of Tourism, and established an Institute of Visual Arts with BA programmes in photography, graphics, media design, cameraman, film and media studies - these programmes started in 2010. Besides the main campus, in 2010 the Rózsa Street campus opened its gates for art, tourism and catering students.

Zugló (German: Lerchenfeld) is the official name of the 14th district of Budapest (Hungarian: Budapest XIV. kerülete), the capital of Hungary. It is a large and mixed neighborhood, with communist era style highrise apartments sprinkled between decently kept one house residential streets. Városliget, the City Park is located at the western part of the district. Its popularity comes from the fact that it has leafy suburb style neighbourhoods closest to the city center.

Örs vezér tere is the eastern terminus of the M2 (East-West) line of the Budapest Metro. It is also the starting place of the suburban railway lines H8 and H9. The station was opened on 2 April 1970 as part of the inaugural section of Line M2, between Deák Ferenc tér and Örs vezér tere.There are two shopping centers (Árkád, Sugár), an IKEA, and a tram-stop (Tram 3, 62, 62A). In addition, several bus (10, 31, 32, 44, 45, 67, 85, 85E, 97E, 131, 144, 161, 161A, 168E, 169E, 174, 176E, 231, 231B, 244, 261E, 276E, 277) and trolley bus (80, 81, 82, 82A) routes stop here. It is the largest meeting-point in East-Pest. Next to the station, there is a huge housing estate with concrete block of flats (Füredi microraion). Hungarian people usually call this station (and square) Örs. Örs vezér tere literally means "Square of Chief Örs", Örs was an ancient Hungarian chief. Örs is also a Hungarian given name for boys, which means "man" or "hero".

Gravity R&D (full name: Gravity Research & Development Zrt.) is an IT vendor specialized in recommender systems. Gravity was founded by members of the Netflix Prize team "Gravity". Gravity is headquartered in Hungary (Budapest & Győr) with a subsidiary in Japan.

The 8th constituency of Budapest (Hungarian: Budapesti 08. számú országgyűlési egyéni választókerület) is one of the single member constituencies of the National Assembly, the national legislature of Hungary. The constituency standard abbreviation: Budapest 08. OEVK.Since 2014, it has been represented by Csaba Tóth of the MSZP-Dialogue party alliance.

The László Papp Budapest Sports Arena (Hungarian: Papp László Budapest Sportaréna), also known as Budapest Sports Arena or locally just Arena, is a multi-purpose indoor arena in Budapest, Hungary. It is the second biggest sports complex in the country after MVM Dome, which is also in the capital, and it is named after Hungarian boxer László Papp. The venue can hold up to 12,500 people in its largest concert configuration, up to 11,390 for boxing and 9,479 for ice hockey. It was built as a replacement for the Budapest Sports Hall (Hungarian: Budapest Sportcsarnok, or BS for short) which stood in the same place and was destroyed in a fire in December 1999. A long distance bus station is situated under the building.

Puskás Ferenc Stadion (Puskás Aréna) is a station of the M2 (East-West) line of the Budapest Metro. Puskás Aréna is located here, as well as the Budapest Sports Arena. It was first opened on 2 April 1970 as part of the inaugural section of Line 2, between Deák Ferenc tér and Örs vezér tere and named Népstadion (English: People's Stadium) until 1 January 2004. Between 2004 and 2011 the station's name was Stadionok (Stadiums). It is located in the 14th district of Budapest.

Founded in 1907, Szent László Gimnázium is located in Kőbánya, Budapest’s 10th District. The school’s building was designed by the renowned Hungarian architect Ödön Lechner, and has been in use since 1915.The gymnasium runs 25 classes with eight specialisations. It also offers evening classes for adults. Therefore, the school’s enrolment is approximately 1000 students each year. This school is a UNESCO–associated school, which means that we teach a wide range of foreign languages, the students take part in many special programmes and competitions on the topic of foreign countries, the second-year students organise ‘UNESCO shows’ and many of the students participate in exchange programmes every year. New York fashion stylist, Edina Kolozsi Heath attended the school.

Hungária körúti stadion was a stadium in Józsefváros, Budapest, Hungary. The stadium opened in 1912 and served as the home for the MTK Budapest FC until 1945. The stadium was demolished during World War II, and a new stadium built in its place from 1946 to 1947.

Hidegkuti Nándor Stadion was a stadium in Budapest, Hungary. The stadium was opened on 1947 and it served as the home for the MTK Budapest FC until 2014. In 2015 the stadium was demolished, and a completely new arena was built between 2015–16, named Hidegkuti Nándor Stadion.
