The chiesa di San Salvatore di Ognissanti or more simply chiesa di Ognissanti (Italian: [ˈkjɛːza di oɲɲisˈsanti; ˈkjeː-]; "Church of All Saints"), is a Franciscan church located on the piazza of the same name in central Florence, region of Tuscany, Italy. Founded by the lay order of the Umiliati, the church was dedicated to all the saints and martyrs, known and unknown. It is the burial place of the famous Early Renaissance painter, Sandro Botticelli.

San Paolo Apostolo, more commonly known as San Paolino, is a Romanesque-style, Roman Catholic church and convent located in Via di S. Paolino #8, in central Florence, region of Tuscany, Italy. The church is near the Church of the Ognissanti.

Ponte Amerigo Vespucci is a bridge over the Arno River in Florence, Italy and named after Florence-born explorer Amerigo Vespucci. It joins the Lungarno Amerigo Vespucci to the Lungarno Soderini. To the east is the Ponte alla Carraia. This bridge, like most of the other bridges over the Arno, is a reconstruction. Plans were made in 1908 to bridge this section of the Arno to service quartiere di San Frediano, but the plans were never realized. In 1949, a bridge, ponte di via Melegnano, was constructed from the recycled remains of other bridges that had been destroyed by the Nazi army as they withdrew before the advancing Allied forces during World War II. Between 1952 and 1954, a competition for the construction of a new bridge was held, and the plan of the architects George Giuseppe Gori, Enzo Gori and Ernesto Nelli and of engineer Riccardo Morandi was chosen. The plan called for three spans in a thin, flat arch over two piers which supports the roadway. The final effect gives the impression of a single, slightly curved span. Construction on the bridge was completed in 1957. It was designed to be reflective of the nearby historical structures but also to be an obviously modern structure.

The Monument to Carlo Goldoni is a white marble outdoor statue inaugurated in 1873 to commemorate the Venetian dramatist. The monument is located in a piazza of the same name, formerly called Piazza delle Travi, in front of Ponte alla Carraia, in the quartiere of Santa Maria Novella of Florence, region of Tuscany, Italy. The name of the piazza, which had reflected a postern leading to a port in the Arno River for wood barges, was renamed in 1907 on the 200th anniversary of Goldoni's birth. The statue was commissioned in 1858 by the Società Filodrammatica cittadina (Società dei Permanenti Concordi) from the sculptor Ulisse Cambi. The base was constructed by Mariano Falcinil.The statue was damaged during the bombing of Florentine bridges in August 1944, but the damage was repaired. In April 2014, the base was vandalized with graffiti, soon cleaned. The right thumb on the book has been also lost.

The Ponte alla Carraia is a five-arched bridge spanning the River Arno and linking the district of Oltrarno to the rest of the city of Florence, Italy. To the west is a weir, the Pescaia di Santa Rosa, and the Ponte Amerigo Vespucci, and to the east is the Ponte Santa Trinita. The piazzas on either bank are the Piazza Nazario Sauro (south) and the Piazza Carlo Goldoni (north). At the northernmost column of the bridge a family of coypus live in a dam.

San Frediano in Cestello is a Baroque-style, Roman Catholic church in the Oltrarno section of Florence, region of Tuscany, Italy. The name cestello derives from the Cistercians who occupied the church in 1628. Previously the site had a 1450s church attached to the cloistered Carmelite convent of Santa Maria degli Angeli.

The Hospital of San Paolo (originally Ospedale di San Paolo dei Convalescenti), later known as the Spedale of the Leopoldine, is a former hospital from the 13th century, now museum of modern works, located on Piazza Santa Maria Novella number 10, in Florence, region of Tuscany, Italy.

The Museo Nazionale Alinari della Fotografia (MNAF - National Museum Alinari of Photography), formerly Museo della Storia della Fotografia Fratelli Alinari is a photography museum located in part of the premises of the former Ospedale di San Paolo in the Piazza Santa Maria Novella in Florence, region of Tuscany, Italy). It hosts special exhibitions on a regular basis and possesses 350.000 vintage prints from the 19th and 20th centuries. The museum closed in 2012. Since 1 November 2006 it is located in the Ospedale di San Paolo, a former pilgrims' hostel that was later transformed into a school. Before that, the museum was in the Palazzo Rucellai and in the premises of the Fratelli Alinari. It was the first museum of Italy to be devoted exclusively to photography. The Lycée Victor Hugo (French: École française de Florence – Mlf Lycée Victor Hugo) is a French international school in Florence, Italy. It was established in 1976 and has integrated the Mission laïque française (Mlf) in 2007. It serves levels maternelle (preschool) through terminale, the final year of lycée (senior high school) and it allows French, English and Italian languages learning from preschool for all children. As of 2017 the school has about 500 students range from 2 to 18 years.
