The Carl F. Eyring Science Center (ESC) is one of the science buildings on the Brigham Young University (BYU) campus in Provo, Utah, United States. It was built in 1950 and named after Carl F. Eyring in 1954.

The Clyde Engineering Building is one of the engineering buildings on the Brigham Young University (BYU) campus. It houses the Civil and Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering departments. The building is named after Wilford W. Clyde, a Springville, Utah construction business owner and generous donor to BYU.The structure contains a large study lounge and many classrooms. Over 40% of the floor space is dedicated to laboratory instruction and research. The structure contains an auditorium, several computer labs, a structures lab with large I-beams and a crane, a soil mechanics lab, environmental lab, transportation lab, a solid-state clean room, and various faculty and graduate student offices.

The BYU College of Physical and Mathematical Sciences was first organized in 1949 the College of Physical and Engineering Sciences. Engineering was later separated off and merged with the College of Industrial and Technical Education to form the College of Engineering and Technology. The founding dean of the newly formed College of Physical and Mathematical Science in 1972 was Jae R. Ballif.The BYU College of Physical and Mathematical Sciences consists of seven departments. Chemistry and Biochemistry Computer Science Geological Science Mathematics Mathematics Education Physics and Astronomy StatisticsThe department of physics and astronomy offers a broad array of classes in both these subjects. It operates the BYU planetarium and the various telescopes connected with BYU's observatory. Besides astronomy the department has research groups in Acoustics; Atomic, Molecular and Optical studies; Condensed Matter; Plasma; and Theoretical and Mathematical physics. The program also works closely with the David O. McKay College of Education to train physics teachers primarily to teach in high schools. The College also supervises the BYU Center for Animation.

Religious Education at Brigham Young University (BYU) (formerly called the College of Religious Education) administers programs related to Latter-day Saint religious teaching at the university. In the past, it has granted various master's and Doctor of Religious Education degrees. Currently its only degree programs are a Master of Arts (MA) in religious education, primarily aimed at full-time Church Educational System employees, and an MA program for military chaplains. Most students who take courses with Religious Education are studying other topics, since BYU undergraduate students have to take the equivalent of one religion course per semester.

The David M. Kennedy Center for International Studies provides international study and service opportunities for students at Brigham Young University (BYU). The center is housed in the Herald R. Clark building and offers six interdisciplinary studies programs: Ancient Near East studies, Asian Studies, European Studies, International Relations, Latin American Studies, and Middle Eastern Studies/Arabic. The center also holds conferences, seminars, and weekly forums on international issues designed to prepare students for international careers. As of August 2021, the director for the center was V. Stanley Benfell.

The Bertrand F. Harrison Arboretum, also known as the Brigham Young University Arboretum, is an arboretum located on a hill beside at 800 North Street on the campus of Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, United States. It includes a native plants from both eastern and western regions of the United States. It also has a duck pond and a stream, as well as a brick path that winds through the garden. The arboretum is named after Bertrand F. Harrison, a botany professor at BYU who retired in 1974. Its amphitheater was donated by BYU's classes of 1980 and 1981. Trees in the arboretum were originally planted to reflect the geography of the United States.

The Spencer W. Kimball Tower, also known as the Kimball Tower or KMBL (formerly SWKT ), is a 12-story building that houses classrooms and administrative offices on the Brigham Young University campus in Provo, Utah.

The BYU College of Nursing is one of the 16 colleges that make up Brigham Young University. It currently has more than 400 students. It began as the BYU School of Nursing in the fall of 1952 offering a bachelor's degree in nursing. Vivian Hansen was the first dean. At some point in the 1950s, it was changed from being designated a school to being designated a College. In 1963 an associate degree in nursing was established under the auspices of BYU's College of Industrial and Technical Education. The change occurred because some sectors of the academic nursing community felt that associate degree programs should not coexist with bachelor's degree programs. In 1973 the associate degree program was moved into the College of Nursing making transfer between the two programs easier. By 1976 the program had shifted to only granting bachelor's degrees with the associate degrees phased out. In that year the college of nursing added a masters program in nursing.

The Joseph Smith Building, also known as the JSB, is a building that houses classrooms and administrative offices at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. The building is named after Joseph Smith, founder of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. It is the home to BYU's College of Religious Education, containing most of the offices of religion faculty as well as many classrooms where religion classes are held. It also has a large lecture hall that seats about 1,000 people and is used for large classes.

The David O. McKay School of Education (SOE) at Brigham Young University (BYU) specializes in teaching, administration, communication disorders, and educational inquiry. It is located in three buildings on BYU's campus in Provo, Utah, the David O. McKay Building, the John Taylor Building, and the George Albert Smith Fieldhouse. It was ranked number 84 in the United States for best education schools for 2021.

The BYU College of Family, Home, and Social Sciences is a college located on the Provo, Utah campus of Brigham Young University and is housed in the Spencer W. Kimball Tower and Joseph F. Smith Building. The BYU College of Family Living was organized on June 28, 1951, while the BYU College of Social Sciences was organized in 1970. These two colleges merged to form the current college in 1981. The first dean of the college was Martin B. Hickman. The college includes nine major departments: Anthropology, Economics, Geography, History, Political Science, Psychology, The School of Family Life, Social Work, and Sociology. There are 21 different majors and 21 different minors that students can choose from, including 9 majors that have a correlating minor.

The BYU College of Humanities was formed in 1965 by the division of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences into the College of Humanities and the College of Social Sciences. The College of Social Sciences was later merged into the College of Family, Home and Social Sciences although some of its programs were made part of the David M. Kennedy Center for International Studies. When it was formed the College consisted of four departments, Humanities and Comparative Literature; English; Latin American Studies; and Languages. In 1967 the Languages Department was divided into six departments, namely Asian and Slavic Languages; Classical, Biblical and Middle Eastern Languages; French and Italian; Germanic Languages; Linguistics; and Spanish and Portuguese. According to a 2019 analysis published by The Chronicle of Higher Education, BYU is No. 3 in the country for producing the most graduates with foreign language degrees; No. 1 for producing graduates with foreign-language degrees in Arabic, Russian and Portuguese; No. 4 for producing graduates with foreign-language degrees in Korean; and No. 6 for producing graduates with foreign-language degrees in French.
