Cherrybrook railway station

Cumberland State Forest is a wet sclerophyll forest in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Situated on the southern edge of the Hornsby Plateau, the forest is located in the suburb of West Pennant Hills, Sydney and contains 40 hectares of native forest. It is the only metropolitan state forest in Australia and it is considered unique in comparison to the other state forests of NSW. The forest receives about 150,000 visitors annually.

Rogans Hill is a small district within the suburb of Castle Hill in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia within Hornsby Shire, and was named after John Rogan, a pioneer who had been given a grant of land in the area by Governor Macquarie in 1818. Its main attractions include The Hermitage, Oakhill College, Oakhill Drive Public School and the Anglican Retirement Villages. It was the destination of a railway line (the Rogans Hill line) which closed in 1932. Rogans Hill is also sometimes referred to as Oakhill.

The contemporary Christian music band, CityAlight is a ministry of the congregation.

Cherrybrook Technology High School is a purpose-built government technology high school located in Cherrybrook, a suburb in Sydney, Australia. The school was built in the late 1980s to support the rapid growth of the north-west sector in Sydney. With the school's completion and opening in 1992 the sheer size and capabilities of the school have grown beyond expectations. In 2002, a new two storey building with administration facilities on the ground floor and 12 classrooms on the top level was opened, bringing the permanent housing of the school up to 1250 students. 2009 saw the student population rise to over 2,000 for the first time.

The station, located opposite the Castle Towers shopping centre, was built as part of the Sydney Metro Northwest project, to serve train services to Rouse Hill and Chatswood. The station is planned to eventually serve trains to the Sydney central business district and Bankstown as part of the government's 20-year Sydney's Rail Future strategy.

The Third Government Farm is a heritage-listed garden at Gilbert Road, near Old Northern Road, Castle Hill, The Hills Shire, New South Wales, Australia. It was built during 1801. It is also known as Castle Hill Heritage Park; Third Government Farm (former); Castle Hill Settlement Site; Old Government Farm Site; Castle Hill Convict Farm; Castle Hill Historic Site. The property is owned by The Hills Shire Council (Local Government). It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 22 December 2000.
