The Eaton's Building is a landmark building located in downtown Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. Formerly serving as an Eaton's department store, the building is currently occupied by the Saskatoon Board of Education.

The Land Titles Building is located at 311 21st Street East in the Central Business District of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The architectural firm of Storey and Van Egmond designed the building in the Romanesque Revival style. The building was constructed by Smith Brothers and Wilson in 1909. Additional expansions were done between 1910 and 1912. The building housed the land title office until 1959 when the office was transferred to the Law Courts Building. The provincial government stopped using the building when it was sold in 1994. The building now houses the law offices of Brayford and Shapiro.The building was designated a Provincial Heritage Property in 1985.

The Hotel Senator is a landmark building located in downtown Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. The building was built as the Flanagan Hotel by James Flanagan, an early settler in Saskatoon, and designed by Walter William LaChance, an architect who designed many local Saskatoon buildings at the turn of the century. When originally built, the hotel included many luxury features for 1907, including steam heating, hot and cold running water, telephones in each room and extensive use of marble and wood paneling. James Flanagan died in 1909; the hotel was subsequently sold in 1910 for $150,000 by his estate.Today the property is designated a protected building. It houses a European-style boutique hotel with 38 rooms.

The Saskatoon Club is a business club originally established as a gentleman's club in 1907. The club is located in the Central Business District of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The Club operates a dining room, lounge, meeting facilities and a fitness centre. It was incorporated by a private act of the Saskatchewan Legislature.William Charles Sutherland, Fred Engen, F. S. Cahill, H. L. Jordan and James Straton were the first members of the Executive Committee for the Saskatoon Club.

The Hutchinson Building is a landmark building located in downtown Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. The building was designed by architect Frank P. Martin built to house the Saskatoon Hardware Store Ltd until 1970 then the building was taken over by Saskatoon Handicraft Supplies until 1995. The building was designated a heritage property on August 9, 1999. The studios of the CBC Television station CBKST were located in the building prior to the station's shutdown in 2012.

The Odd Fellows Temple Building is a landmark building located in downtown Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. Built by the Independent Order of Odd Fellows the building served as a meeting place, ball room and temple until being sold in 1959 to the Saskatoon Labour Council. The building was officially designated a heritage property on April 19, 1983. The building served as home to Saskatoon's first library from 1913 to 1923.

The Delta Hotels Saskatoon Downtown is a hotel located at 405 Twentieth Street East in the Central Business District of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. The building was completed in 1983 as the Ramada Renaissance Hotel and at 18 storeys tall (79.2 m), it is the ninth-tallest building in the city containing 290 rooms. It is similar in design to the La Renaissance Apartments that form part of the same complex. It was later renamed the Radisson Hotel Saskatoon when Radisson Hotels acquired the property. The hotel was rebranded in January 2019 as part of the Delta Hotels brand of Marriott International. The Hotel completed a 17 million dollar renovation in July 2020 including all new guestrooms, lobby, restaurant, coffee bar, fitness centre and waterpark.

The Saskatoon region is the greater metropolitan area of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. As of 2021 the Statistics Canada estimates the region's population to be 317,480 people.The area is served by the Saskatoon John G. Diefenbaker International Airport, the 22nd busiest airport in the country. Unlike many major North American urbanized areas, yet similarly to other prairie centers in Canada, Saskatoon has absorbed numerous neighbouring communities in its history. In the past, when the city limits reached the borders of neighbouring municipalities, such as Sutherland and Nutana, they were simply annexed into Saskatoon's jurisdiction. The vast majority of the region's inhabitants reside within the City of Saskatoon, which now has a population in excess of 270,000.

Saskatchewan Polytechnic (formerly the Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology or SIAST) is Saskatchewan's primary public institution for post-secondary technical education and skills training, recognized nationally and internationally for its expertise and innovation. Through program and course registrations, Saskatchewan Polytechnic serves 26,000 distinct students with programs that touch every sector of the economy. It operates campuses in Moose Jaw, Prince Albert, Regina and Saskatoon; and provides a number of courses and programs through distance education. Saskatchewan Polytechnic maintains reciprocal arrangements with partner institutions, including: Dumont Technical Institute, First Nations University of Canada, Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies, University of Regina, and the University of Saskatchewan.

Vendasta Square (originally named Saskatoon Square) is a 17-story office tower in downtown Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. It is located at the northeast corner of 22nd Street East and 4th Avenue North. It was built in 1979 and is the eleventh tallest building in Saskatoon and the tallest office tower. In December 2010, the building was sold to Dundee Real Estate Investment Trust for $50 million. The building was previously owned by a partnership consisting of SaskTel, MacPherson, Leslie & Tyerman, the Saskatoon Health District and Commerce Holdings. SaskTel owned 70% of the building with remaining partners each holding 10%.A seventh-storey window broke and fell to the street below on January 15, 2014. It was caused by winds gusting up to 115 kilometres per hour (71 mph), which also weakened three other windows.Major renovations of the 16th and 17th floors took place in 2020 and 2021. They included extension of the usable floor space on the 17th, the addition of a commercial kitchen and a rooftop patio with walk out access from the 16th floor dining room. It was renamed from Saskatoon Square to Vendasta Square in November 2022
