Al Hudaiba (Arabic: الحضيبة) is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). A small community, Al Hudaiba is located near Port Rashid. Important landmarks in Al Hudaiba include Chelsea Hotel and the consulate of Sri Lanka. The locality is bordered by Al Mina, Port Rashid, Al Jafiliya, and Al Bada.

Jumeirah Mosque (Arabic: مسجد جميرا) is a mosque in Dubai, Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Construction began in 1976; the mosque is built in traditional Fatimid style which originated from Syria and Egypt. Opened in 1979, the Jumeirah Mosque visit has been a key activity under the 'Open Doors. Open Minds.' programs of the Sheikh Mohammed Centre for Cultural Understanding (SMCCU). The Jumeirah Grand Mosque was a gift from the Late Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum, the former Ruler of Dubai and father of the current Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. It is said that it is the most photographed mosque in all of Dubai. Organized tours are available for non-Muslims. It is open for all to visit whether you're a Muslim or not.

Dubai Maritime City (DMC) is a multipurpose maritime zone. It is a member of the DP World group of companies. Maritime city was expected to be fully operational by 2012, and by January 2021 had completed 80% of the first phase's infrastructure works. In February 2022 it was announced that DP World would launch a major project to develop DMC's infrastructure at a cost of Dh140 million. The industrial part of Dubai Maritime City is fully operational, with a large number of business partners operating from DMC. The industrial precinct is active and consists of marine services primarily dealing with ship lifts, ship repair plots, warehouses, workshops, as well as supporting retail and showrooms.

The Centre for Arab Genomic Studies (CAGS) is a not-for-profit study centre aimed at the characterization and prevention of genetic disorders in the Arab World. The Centre is closely associated with the Sheikh Hamdan Award for Medical Sciences. One of the major projects of CAGS is the Catalogue for Transmission Genetics in Arabs (CTGA), an online, freely accessible database of genetic disorders reported from the Arab World. CAGS has been involved in the Human Variome Project as a representative of the Arab region and has been one of the first organizations to take an active lead in working on the project. CAGS organizes the Pan Arab Human Genetics Conference every alternate year, to provide a platform for discussion and education on genetic issues in the region.

Al Jafiliya (Arabic: الجافلية), also written Jafilia is a community in Dubai, United Arab Emirates primarily composed of private residential dwellings but also including Dubai's Department of Naturalization and Residency, Rydges Plaza Hotel and Al Hana Center shopping mall. It also includes Ministry of Interior and has a metro station for its residents.

The Iranian Mosque (also known as the Imam Hussein Mosque) located in Satwa, Dubai, is a Shia mosque founded by the Iranian community. It is located on Al Wasl Road, a short distance from the Jumeirah Mosque. Its architecture is inspired by quasi-Fatimid and Persian influences, with its facade and dome covered in traditional blue tiles, much like the exterior of the Iranian Hospital across the road. The mosque sprawls over an area of 2,500 square metres and was built in 1979 with the support of the Iranian Red Crescent. It contains several interior halls and rooms, and has a library with over 14,000 books of diverse topics and languages including Arabic, Persian, Urdu and English. The Sheikh Mohammed Centre for Cultural Understanding runs four weekly tours of the mosque, during which non-Muslims visitors can visit.

The Iranian Hospital (Arabic: المستشفى الإيراني) (Persian: بیمارستان ایرانی) in Dubai is located on the Al Wasl Road in Jumeirah. Inaugurated on 14 April 1972, it was built by and is affiliated to the Iranian Red Crescent Society, and is the oldest known provider of healthcare services in Dubai. Most of the hospital's medical staff are from the Iranian community in the UAE. It is a private hospital and comes under Dubai Health Authority (DHA). The hospital building features an exterior of blue tilework inspired by Persian architecture, similar to the Iranian Mosque located across the road. The Iranian consulate is also nearby.

Al Rifa (Arabic: الرفاعة), also spelled Al Raffa, is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Located in western Dubai, in Bur Dubai, Al Rifa borders Al Souk Al Kabir to the north, Al Hudaiba to the south, Port Rashid to the west and Al Mankhool to the east. Al Rifa is largely a residential community; however several banks, restaurants and shopping centres (such as Al Khaleej Centre) are located in Al Rifa. Al Rifa comes under one of the safest residential places in Dubai and has no incidents of any illegal or dangerous activities.The Falcon roundabout was located here. Built it the early 1970s it was demolished later.

The Etihad Museum (Arabic: متحف الاتحاد), historically called the Union House (Arabic: دار الاتحاد) and formerly as the al-Diyafah Palace and the Jumeirah Guesthouse, is a museum in Dubai, United Arab Emirates that collects, preserves, and displays the heritage of the United Arab Emirates in the areas of social, political, cultural, scientific, and military history. It holds everything from old passports to personal artifacts of the rulers of United Arab Emirates. The historic signing of the Constitution of the United Arab Emirates, the raising of the first UAE flag, and the formation of the United Arab Emirates as a country on 2 December 1971 took place within the area that forms the museum today. The museum is designed as a document to signify the signing of the UAE constitution. It costs 25 AED (6.81 USD) for an adult to visit it.

Al Mankhool (Arabic: المنخول) is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Located in western Dubai, in the area of Bur Dubai, Al Mankhool is largely a residential area. However, several restaurants, hotels and financial service corporations (such as Citibank and Emirates NBD) are located in Al Mankhool. Route D 90 (Al Mankhool Road) runs east–west through the locality, while Khaled bin Al Waleed Street runs perpendicular to Al Mankhool road. The section of Khaled bin Waleed Street that is in the proximity of Al Mankhool is sometimes referred to as Bank Street by expatriates. Al Mankhool is bordered by Umm Hurair in the north, Al Rifa in the west, Al Karama to the east and Al Jafiliya to the south. Important landmarks in Al Mankhool include the Al Mankhool Community Health Centre and the Bur Dubai Etisalat service centre.

Al Ghubaiba (Arabic: الغبيبة, Arabic pronunciation: [al ɣʊ ˈbej ba]) is a rapid transit station on the Green Line of the Dubai Metro in Dubai, UAE.The station opened as part of the Green Line on 9 September 2011.

Burj Al Salam is a 197.45 metres (647.8 feet) tall mixed use skyscraper at Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It has 58 floors. The building was designed by DAR Consult, while its structural design was designed by Ramboll Group. The construction of the tower was started in 2008. It was completed in 2014.The project is divided into three towers with different functions. The first is a 54-floor hotel tower, which has two mechanical floors, a mezzanine, a ground floor, and four underground floors; the second is a 54-floor residential tower, which has two mechanical floors; while the third is a 50-floor office tower, which also has two mechanical floors. All of them are connected by the 4-floor podium (base) and floors 10.
