Binnenhof station is the northern terminus of Line A of the Rotterdam Metro and is situated in Rotterdam-Ommoord. Trains departing from here are destined for Schiedam Centrum for most of the day. Rotte is a vicinity in the municipality of Lansingerland, in the province of South Holland, Netherlands. The district is now mainly known for the adjacent traffic junction, Terbregseplein, where the A16 motorway leads to the A20 Old Terbregge Oud Terbregge has a village character and is surrounded by water and greenery. The core is located east of the Terbregseweg. The ribbon development on the Rotte is part of the old part. Residents are involved and the bond with the neighborhood is strong. There is an active playground association and the Rotte is the base for a rowing association. The Alexander Church and the Princess Irene Bridge are iconic. New Terbregge Construction of the Nieuw Terbregge residential area started in 1999 between the Rotte and the A20 motorway. A playground for children has been taken into account in the construction of the district. The district also houses a sports complex where, among other things, the amateurs of Sparta play football. The Manna monument can be found on the noise barrier next to the district, which recalls the food drops in 1945 (under Operation Manna).

Graskruid is a station on lines A and B of the Rotterdam Metro and is situated in the northeastern part of Rotterdam. At Graskruid station, the track splits into the two station short Line A branch and the longer Line B branch. The station consists of an island platform between two running tracks. Capelsebrug is a station on lines A, B, and C of the Rotterdam Metro. The station is situated in the eastern part of Rotterdam in the Netherlands, at the boundary with Capelle aan den IJssel municipality. On 9 September 2019, a man was stabbed to death by another man on the platform of the metro station. The stabbing followed a disagreement about travelling without a ticket.

The Boterdorpse Verlaat is a lock between the River Rotte and Strekvaart in Bergse Plassen in the municipality of Rotterdam. [1] The fairway was formerly used by vessels carrying malt wastes from Schiedam but nowadays is very rarely used even for pleasure. The lock dates from 1740 and has the characteristic performance of locks from that period. The lock walls are not brick, but of wood. The construction is up, along with wooden yokes. A similar lock is the Bleiswijkse Verlaat . Behind the gate is a fixed bridge, whose height in the closed position is only a few centimeters above the polder level .

Ommoord is a neighbourhood in the borough Prins Alexander, part of the municipality of Rotterdam, South Holland, the Netherlands. Ommoord is surrounded by the neighbourhoods Zevenkamp, Het Lage Land and Terbregge. It has around 25.000 inhabitants across 12.500 households. The river Rotte flows through the north of Ommoord.
