The Tadeusz Kościuszko Square, until 1945 known as the Schinkel Square, is an urban square in Szczecin, Poland. It is located in the neighbourhood of Śródmieście-Zachód, within the district of Śródmieście, at the intersection of Piastów Avenue, Krzywoustego Street, and Sikorskiego Street. It was constructed in 1878.

The Concord Square (Polish: Plac Zgody) is an urban square in Szczecin, Poland. It is located in the district of Śródmieście, at the boundary of neighbourhoods of Centrum and Śródmieście-Zachód, at the intersection of Wojska Polskiego Avenue, Księcia Bogusława X Street, Bohaterów Getta Warszawskiego Street, and Bałuki Street.

The 1962 Szczecin military parade of October 9, 1962, led to a road traffic accident in which a tank of the Polish People's Army crushed bystanders, killing seven children and injuring many more. The resultant panic in the crowd led to further injuries in the rush to escape. The incident was covered up for many years by the Polish communist authorities.

West Pomeranian University of Technology, Szczecin (Polish: Zachodniopomorski Uniwersytet Technologiczny w Szczecinie, ZUT) is a technical university in Szczecin, Poland. The university was established on January 1. 2009 in Szczecin, from the merger of the Agricultural University in Szczecin and the Szczecin University of Technology. The first rector of the university was Professor Włodzimierz Kiernożycki. The university has 10 faculties with 47 fields of study. The university employs 2.3 thousand employees, and about 15 thousand studends are taught on the university. The main goal of the university's activity is to educate and conduct scientific research in the field of technical, agricultural, economic, biological, chemical and mathematical sciences.

The Spinning Top (Polish: Fryga, colloquially also Bączek) was a modernist sculpture in Szczecin, Poland, placed at the Ludwik Zamenhof Square. It was designed by Maurycy Gomulicki, and unveiled on 22 October 2015. Due to manufacturing error, it begun quickly deteriorating, and following unsuccessful repair attempts, it was ultimately removed on 18 December 2016. The sculpture had a form of several polymer concrete rings, stacked vertically on a metal pole, alternating between red and yellow.

The Grey Ranks Square (Polish: Plac Szarych Szeregów) is an urban square and a roundabout in Szczecin, Poland. It is located at the boundary of neighbourhoods of Centrum and Śródmieście-Północ, within the district of Śródmieście. It forms the intersection of Piastów Avenue, Piątego Lipca Street, Piłsudskiego Street, Wielkopolska Street, and Wojska Polskiego Avenue. The square was designed in 1879.

The Marshal Józef Piłsudski Memorial (Polish: Pomnik marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego) is a bronze bust statue in Szczecin, Poland, placed at the Grey Ranks Square, at the corner of Polish Armed Forces Avenue and Greater Poland Street, within the Centre neighbourhood. It is dedicated to Józef Piłsudski, a 19th- and 20th-century military officer and statesman, who, served as the Chief of State and Marshal of Poland, and later was the de factor leader of the country, as the Minister of Military Affairs. It was designed by Bohdan Ronin-Walknowski and unveiled on 19 June 2000.

The General Władysław Anders Square (Polish: Plac gen. Władysława Andersa), also known as the General Władysław Anders Park (Polish: Park gen. Władysława Andersa), is a garden square in Szczecin, Poland, in the neighbourhood of Centrum, within the Downtown district. It is located between Więckowskiego, Śląska, Bałuki, Św. Wojciecha Streets, and the Victory Square. The area was originally founded in 1846 as a military cemetery, which was eventually closed for burials in the 1900s, and torn down and turned in a garden square in 1945.

The statue of Jan Czekanowski (Polish: Pomnik Jana Czekanowskiego) is a brass sculpture in Szczecin, Poland, placed at the Anders Square, within the Centre neighbourhood of the Downtown district. It is dedicated to Jan Czekanowski, an anthropologist, statistician, ethnographer, traveller, and linguist, who was one of the first persons to use quantitative methods in linguistics. The sculpture has a form of a statue sitting on a large suitcase, forming a bench. It was designed by sculptor Yossouf Toure "Derme" based in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, and unveiled on 19 May 2012.

The Revival Square (Polish: Plac Odrodzenia) is an urban square and a roundabout in Szczecin, Poland. It is located in the neighbourhood of Centrum, within the district of Śródmieście, at the intersection of Mazurska Street, Monte Cassino Street, and Piłsudskiego Street. It was designed in 1882.

The Grunwald Square (Polish: Plac Grunwaldzki) is a circular urban square in Szczecin, Poland, within the Centre neighbourhood in the Downtown district. It forms a roundabout at the intersection of Pope John Paul II Avenue, Piłsudski Street, Rayski Street, and Śląska Street. The Grunwald Square is surrounded by historic tenement houses dating to the end of the 19th century, mostly built in the eclectic style, as well as modernist apartment buildings constructed in 1965. It was developed the 1880s.
