The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University (also known as Kellogg) is the business school of Northwestern University, a private research university in Evanston, Illinois. The American Music Theatre Project (AMTP) is a project at Northwestern University that associates the faculty and students at Northwestern with professional working artists of the music theatre to develop new musicals. It was founded in 2005.

The Northwestern University Virginia Wadsworth Wirtz Center for the Performing Arts exists as an operational and administration component of the Northwestern University School of Communication with the specific charge of producing, managing, funding and administering the performing arts productions of the School of Communication, Department of Theatre and Department of Performance Studies, including programmatic responsibility for theatre, music theatre and dance. The Theatre and Interpretation Center was built in 1980, and renamed in 2015 to the Virginia Wadsworth Wirtz Center for the Performing Arts. The building contains a 450-seat thrust stage theater (Ethel M. Barber Theater), a 350-seat proscenium theater (the Josephine Louis Theater), two smaller black box theaters, a dance performance space, full theatrical production facilities, and offices for the center. Its plain white exterior walls and boxy, utilitarian shape stand in stark contrast to the nearby University Library, and earned it the nickname "The Box The Library Came In" among Northwestern students.

The Rock is a boulder on the campus of Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, United States, located in between University Hall and Harris Hall. It serves as a billboard for campus groups and events, and has been painted with different colors and messages over the years.

University Hall is the oldest original building on the Northwestern University campus in Evanston, Illinois, and the second building to have been constructed after Old College, which stood on campus until the 1970s. The building has served a wide range of different roles since its construction, and currently houses the university's English department.

Northwestern University Libraries is the main academic library system of Northwestern University. The library holds 7.9 million items [3], including 228,505 maps, 107,446 print journals and 173,089 electronic journals, making it the 11th largest library at a private university.The building was designed in brutalist style by Walter Netsch of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. Construction started in 1966 and the library opened in 1970. University Library succeeded Deering Library as the main library on campus and is connected to it. Along with the other institutions in the Committee on Institutional Cooperation, University Library joined the Google Book Search project on June 6, 2007.

Charles Deering Library is an academic library of Northwestern University, a private research university in Evanston, Illinois. Deering served as the university's main library on the Evanston campus from 1933, when it was established, until the construction of the Northwestern University Main Library in 1970. Deering Library houses the Northwestern University Archives on the first floor, the Music Library on the second floor, the Art Collection and the Special Collections Department on the third floor. The library is named for Charles Deering, a Northwestern benefactor and chairman of International Harvester, who provided the initial financing for the building.

The Northwestern University School of Communication is an undergraduate and graduate institution devoted to the academic study of communication arts and sciences, located on Northwestern University's campus in Evanston, Illinois, United States, about 12 miles north of downtown Chicago. The School also has a campus in Education City in Doha, Qatar, as part of Northwestern's Qatar Campus.The school's mission is to "advance the arts, sciences, and practices of human communication through every appropriate means, and especially through education, scholarship, artistic work, policy analysis, and advocacy." The school offers 6 major degrees, 2 dual degree programs, 5 minor degrees, and 16 module certifications for undergraduates, as well as 10 masters programs, 4 masters/doctorate programs, and 5 doctorate programs for graduates. It consists of five departments: the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders, Department of Communication Studies, Department of Performance Studies, Department of Radio/Television/Film, and Department of Theatre.Many School of Communication alumni who have made their mark in film and television include Ann-Margret, Warren Beatty, David Schwimmer, Heather Headley, Stephen Colbert, and Julia Louis-Dreyfus.

Pick-Staiger Concert Hall is a concert hall on the campus of Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. The hall was donated by hotel executive Albert Pick Jr. and his brother-in-law Charles Staiger, and named for Corinne Frada Pick, Pick's wife, and Albert Pick's sister Pauline Pick Staiger, Staiger's late wife. The building was constructed mostly from precast concrete and glass and seats 1003. All seats have an unobstructed view of the stage. It also includes thirty plastic dish-shaped panels over the stage. There is also adjustable acoustical drapery which can be adjusted to meet the particular requirements of each performance.

The Northwestern University School of Professional Studies (SPS) is one of twelve schools comprising Northwestern University, with campuses in Evanston and Chicago, Illinois. The school was founded in 1933 under its original name of "University College." The School of Professional Studies offers highly specialized degree programs at the undergraduate, post-baccalaureate, graduate, post-graduate, and professional development levels. With more than 2,500 students, SPS has campuses in both Evanston and downtown Chicago in the Streeterville neighborhood. Northwestern SPS is led by Thomas F. Gibbons, who joined the university in 1992 and was appointed Dean of the college in 2002.
