Polaris Fashion Place

Polaris Founder's Park is a pocket park in the Polaris area of Columbus (Delaware County), Ohio, United States. The 1.5-acre (0.61 ha) park is located between the office building at 8800 Lyra Drive and Interstate 71.The park was built as a memorial to Robert C. Echele of the company Polaris Centers of Commerce who was inspirational in developing the 1,200-acre (490 ha) Polaris area. The park features a wind sculpture 35 feet (11 m) high that was designed by Robert Mullins, a Columbus area artist who counted Mr. Echele as a friend and benefactor. The park, developed at a cost of US$500,000, features a gazebo as well as Japanese-inspired gardens, waterfalls and a pond.

The McCoy Center is an office building located in Columbus, Ohio. The building was acquired by JPMorgan Chase & Co. with its 2004 merger with Bank One Corporation. Formally known as the Corporate Center Columbus (or more often and colloquially "Polaris"), the building was renamed after the merger to honor the McCoy family, who lead the Columbus-based Bank One for three generations. Inside is a gift shop, Starbucks, shipping center, car rental, nurse's station, health & wellness center, two cafeterias, a bistro, five Chase automated teller machines, and a personal banker. The building is located off Polaris Parkway, home of the Polaris Fashion Place mall. The facility—¼ mile from end to end—houses approximately 13,000 employees in a space equal in square footage to the Empire State Building. At 2 million square feet (190,000 m2), it is the largest JPMorgan Chase & Co. facility in the world, the largest office building in the Columbus, Ohio area, and the second largest single-tenant office building in the United States behind The Pentagon, from which the McCoy Center has borrowed its way-finding system. Only a handful of office buildings in the U.S. - the 5.7 million-square-foot Warren G. Magnuson Health Sciences Building in Seattle and the 4.4 million-square-foot McDermott Building in San Antonio among them - are bigger.Starting in 2017, Chase began a $200 million renovation of the facility

The Germain Amphitheater (originally the Polaris Amphitheater) was a 20,000-seat outdoor entertainment venue located in Columbus, Ohio, near the suburb of Westerville. The venue opened as part of a large development venture off of Interstate Highway I-71. There were 6,700 seats in an open-air pavilion—much of it under cover—and room for another 13,300 people on general admission lawn seating. The concert season began mid-May, continuing through early October and featured 20-30 concerts per year. At the time it opened, it was the largest and most suitable venue for concerts in central Ohio.

Flint is an unincorporated community in Sharon Township, Franklin County, Ohio, United States, located north of downtown Columbus near the intersection of Flint and Park Roads. It was served by stations on the Cleveland, Columbus and Cincinnati Railroad (New York Central system) and Sandusky and Columbus Short Line Railway (Pennsylvania system), which opened through the area in 1851 and 1893, respectively. President Abraham Lincoln’s Funeral Train passed thru Flint-Worthington, en route to the Statehouse, on April 29, 1865.

The Jain Center of Central Ohio is a Jain temple in Lewis Center, Ohio. Opened in 2012, it is the first Jain temple in the Columbus metropolitan area. Its significance has been recognized with an Ohio Historical Society marker.

Alum Creek Lake is a man-made reservoir located in Delaware County, Ohio, United States. It was built in 1974, covers 5 square miles (13 km2), and has a maximum capacity of 134,815 acre-feet (166,292,000 m3).

The Highbanks Metropolitan Park Mounds I and II (also known as the Muma Mound and the Orchard Mound or the Selvey Mound) are two archaeological sites located within Highbanks Metro Park in Central Ohio in the United States. The park is in southernmost Delaware County on the east bank of the Olentangy River. The subconical mounds are believed to have been built by the Adena culture.Also located in the park is a semi-elliptical embankment, the Highbank Park Works, which consists of four three-foot-high sections bordered by a shallow ditch. It is thought to have been constructed sometime between 800 and 1300 CE by members of the Cole culture.The site was surveyed by Ephraim George Squier and Edwin Hamilton Davis in 1846. They discuss the site in their 1848 book, Ancient Monuments of the Mississippi Valley.

The Pontifical College Josephinum is a private Roman Catholic liberal arts college and graduate school of theology in Columbus, Ohio. It was founded by Monsignor Joseph Jessing in 1888 and is the only pontifical seminary in North America. The seminary prepares its students to become priests in the Roman Catholic Church. Students come from U.S. dioceses that do not have their own seminaries, as well as dioceses from around the world. The Josephinum, which means "House of Joseph", was granted pontifical status in 1892 by Pope Leo XIII, recognizing its unique mission of forming priests for the international Catholic Church.
