Argentine University of Enterprise (Spanish: Universidad Argentina de la Empresa, UADE) is a private university in Buenos Aires, Argentina. It was founded by the Argentine Chamber of Corporations.UADE is an institution which is conceived, born and developed from a global management perspective. It was created with the aim of training professionals who adapt to the growing needs of each industry. The growth was possible thanks to the determination of young people with an entrepreneurial vocation as well as the solidarity support of companies and institutions in the country, thus renewing the solid prestige earned by our university.It has campuses in Buenos Aires and Pinamar. The Buenos Aires campus features 75,000 square metres (810,000 sq ft) of classrooms, laboratories, library, sports centre, theatre, food court and a residence hall. As of 2020, it had 33,000 undergraduate and postgraduate students and 1,877 professors.It is recognized for providing a uniquely elite education and it is clearly defined in contrast to the supposed shortcomings of the public university.

San José is a station on Line E of the Buenos Aires Underground. The old station San José vieja was closed the year the current station opened, after the line was re-routed from Constitucion railway station to its current trajectory. The station was opened on 20 June 1944 as the eastern terminus of the inaugural section of the line from San José to General Urquiza. On 24 April 1966 the line was extended further east to Bolívar.In December 2014, murals representing scenes and dialogues from the Argentine film Moebius (which used the station as one of the locations of the film) were set up at the station.

Monserrat or Montserrat (pronounced [monseˈrat]) is a neighbourhood in the east of the Buenos Aires CBD. The district features some of the most important public buildings in Buenos Aires, including city hall, the city legislature, Casa Rosada, the Colegio Nacional de Buenos Aires and the Libertador Building (Ministry of Defense), among others. Avenida de Mayo runs through the Monserrat district, connecting Plaza de Mayo and the Plaza de los Dos Congresos (Congressional Plaza). A block, or two, south of the Plaza de Mayo, the older section of Monserrat begins. This is Buenos Aires' oldest neighborhood and even today, very little of the cityscape there is less than a hundred years old (except along Belgrano Avenue), thereby making a nearly seamless transition to the likewise historic San Telmo district, to the south.

The Ministry of Public Works Building (Spanish: Edificio del Ministerio de Obras Públicas), now known as the Ministry of Health Building (Spanish: Edificio del Ministerio de Salud) is a public building in the rationalist style located on the intersection of 9 de Julio Avenue and Belgrano Avenue, in the neighborhood of Monserrat, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. On both the north and south walls is a large steel image of María Eva Duarte de Perón, better known as Evita Perón. Her official portrait faces the south while the image to the north depicts her giving a passionate speech. The installations were created by the Argentinian artist Alejandro Marmo (known mononymously as Marmo) in 2011.Built from 1932 to 1935, the building was designed by Belgrano Alberto Blanco and originally housed the offices of the Ministry of Public Works, which gives it its first and most commonly used name. Its construction was originally suggested by the architect José Hortal to then minister of public works Manuel Alvarado. The building actually preceded the construction of the 9 de Julio Avenue as it is known today by several years. In 1991, during the presidency of Carlos Saúl Menem, the Ministry of Public Works was dissolved and the building was made the new headquarters of the Ministry of Health and Social Action; the two portfolios were separated in later years, but the building still houses both ministries, while the newly restored Public Works ministry is headquartered in the Palace of the Treasury, facing Plaza de Mayo.

LRL301 (94.3 FM) is a radio station broadcasting current music. Licensed to Buenos Aires, Argentina, the station serves the Greater Buenos Aires area. The station is currently owned by Difusora Baires S.A. (Radio Medios S.A., The Walt Disney Company Argentina and ABC Venture Corp.), and features programming from Radio Disney, a radio network whose flagship station is LRL301 itself. LRL301 was the first Radio Disney-branded station in Latin America.

Belgrano is a station on Line E of the Buenos Aires Underground. The station was opened on 24 April 1966 as part of the extension of the line from San José to Bolívar. The name of the station pays homage to Manuel Belgrano, creator of the Argentina flag. The station is located at the intersection of the Julio Roca and Belgrano avenues.

Botica del Ángel is a museum in Buenos Aires, Argentina. It was originally an artistic venue created by animator, painter, set designer, actor, and costume designer Eduardo Bergara Leumann in the Monserrat neighborhood of Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 1966. It became a space where many prominent figures of the Argentine artistic scene, both nationally and internationally recognized, got their start or passed through.

The Argentine Federal Police (Spanish: Policía Federal Argentina or PFA) is the national civil police force of the Argentine federal government. The PFA has detachments throughout the country. Until January 1, 2017, it also acted as the local law enforcement agency in the capital, Buenos Aires.
