North Odesa Cape

Kryzhanivka (Ukrainian: Крижанівка) is a village in Odesa Raion of Odesa Oblast, Ukraine. It belongs to Fontanka rural hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. It is apart of the M28 and M14 Highway.Until 18 July 2020, Kryzhanivka belonged to Lyman Raion. The raion was abolished in July 2020 as part of the administrative reform of Ukraine, which reduced the number of raions of Odesa Oblast to seven. The area of Lyman Raion was split between Berezivka and Odesa Raions, with Kryzhanivka transferred to Odesa Raion.

Fontanka (Ukrainian: Фонтанка) is a village in Odesa Raion, Odesa Oblast (province) of Ukraine. It hosts the administration of Fontanka rural hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. Dachne was previously located in Lyman Raion until it was abolished and its territory was merged into Odesa Raion on 18 July 2020 as part of the administrative reform of Ukraine, which reduced the number of raions of Odesa Oblast to seven.

Fontanka rural hromada (Ukrainian: Фонтанська сільська громада) is a hromada in Odesa Raion of Odesa Oblast in southwestern Ukraine. Population: 13,079 (2020 est.) The hromada consists of two rural settlement (Lisky and Svitle), and 5 villages: Vapniarka Kryzhanivka Nova Dofinivka Oleksandrivka Fontanka (seat of administration)

Fontanka School of social rehabilitation is a school and orphanage for delinquent children where they receive care to improve their pedagogical, psychological and physical health. The school of social rehabilitation is located close to Odessa city, 4 kilometers north of Odessa Kotovskiy (Kotovskogo) District, in the small village of Fontanka on the coast of the Black Sea. It is the only school in Ukraine that conducts scientific research in the field of Psychology and Pedagogy of delinquent children. The school has won multiple awards for its scientific research achievements. The pupils of the school obtain secondary education, labor and vocational skills, which gives them the opportunity to continue their education in colleges or universities or find job in Ukraine once they have graduated from the Fontanka School. The director of the school, Vyacheslav Viktorovich Baranov, was enmeshed in a scandal about the death of a student, Misha Nikitin.

Luzanivka Hydropark is a park in Odesa, Ukraine, at the coast of the Gulf of Odesa. It is located in the historical quarter Luzanivka between the Mykolaiv Road and coastal line. The park was named after Grigory Kotovsky during the Soviet period, therefore it is presented at the title Kotovsky Park on many of maps. The Luzanivka Beach is located in the park. The western part of the park is almost greeneries less. The total reconstruction of the park was provided in 2011. The central avenue of the park was reconstructed just in 2014.

Vapniarka (Ukrainian: Вапнярка) is a village in Ukraine, Odesa Oblast, Odesa Raion. It belongs to Fontanka rural hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. Vapniarka has a population of 731. The village was formed because of the Constituency 139 of Ukraine. Until 18 July 2020, Vapniarka belonged to Lyman Raion. The raion was abolished in July 2020 as part of the administrative reform of Ukraine, which reduced the number of raions of Odesa Oblast to seven. The area of Lyman Raion was split between Berezivka and Odesa Raions, with Vapniarka transferred to Odesa Raion.

The Vorontsov Lighthouse (Ukrainian: Воронцовський маяк, Russian: Воронцовский маяк) is a red-and-white, 27.2 metre tall lighthouse in the Black Sea port of Odesa, Ukraine. It is named after Prince Mikhail Semyonovich Vorontsov, one of the governors-general of the Odessa region.

Dofinivka Estuary, Great Adzhalyk Estuary, or Dofinivskyi Lyman (Ukrainian: Дофінівський лиман, Великий Аджалицький лиман, Russian: Дофиновский лиман, Большой Аджалыцкий лиман, Turkish: Büyük Adcalik liman), is a brackish water area in South Ukraine, in 12 km to east from Odessa. The water body is an estuary of small steppe river Great Adzhalyk, which inflows to the estuary in northern part. The length of the estuary is about 8 km, width about 1 km. The water body is very shallow, maximal depth is 1.2 m, but average less than 0.5 m. It is separated from the Black Sea by the sandbar. It is artificially connected with the sea by a tube, about 1 m in diameter, since July 2001. The estuary is the shallowest water body in the north-western Black Sea.

The Port of Odesa or Odesa Sea Port (Ukrainian: Одеський морський порт, romanized: Odeskyi morskyi port), located near Odesa, is the largest Ukrainian seaport and one of the largest ports in the Black Sea basin, with a total annual traffic capacity of 40 million tonnes (15 million tonnes dry bulk and 25 million tonnes liquid bulk). The port has an immediate access to railways allowing quick transfer of cargo from sea routes to ground transportation. Along with its younger satellite ports of Chornomorsk (1958) and Yuzhne (1973), the Port of Odesa is a major freight and passenger transportation hub of Ukraine.

Cape Langeron (Ukrainian: Мис Ланжерон) is a cape in the central part of the Gulf of Odessa. It is located in the centrum of the City of Odessa. The cape is named after Count Louis Alexandre Andrault de Langeron, the summer residence was located on this cape.

The Monument to the Unknown Sailor (Ukrainian: Пам'ятник невідомому матросу) is a city memorial located at Shevchenko Park in the Southern Ukrainian city of Odesa. It is part of the park's Alley of Glory, with the graves of fallen sailors on each side. An eternal flame is burning at foot of the monument.

The Odesa Quarantine (Ukrainian: Одеський карантин, romanized: Odeskyi karantyn) is a lazaretto located on Cape Langeron in the city of Odesa, Ukraine. Located adjacent to Shevchenko Park, the structure was historically used for preventing the spread of plague before being largely demolished in the late 19th century.
