The Belgranian National Institute (in Spanish, Instituto Nacional Belgraniano) is an institute of Argentina focused in the historiography of Manuel Belgrano.

The Islamic Cultural Center "Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd in Argentina" (Spanish: Centro Cultural Islámico "Custodio de las Dos Sagradas Mezquitas, Rey Fahd" or CCIAR) is a mosque and center for Islamic culture located in Buenos Aires, Argentina. It is named after King Fahd of Saudi Arabia. It became the largest Mosque in Latin America, after the President Carlos Menem's 1995 grant of 34,000 m² of municipal land in the Palermo section of Buenos Aires was given to the Mosque, following a state visit to Saudi Arabia.Inaugurated in 2000, the Mosque and cultural center, was constructed as a gift of the Saudi government on land donated by the Argentinian government. It was designed by Saudi architect Zuhair Fayez, and includes prayer halls with capacities for 1,200 men and 400 women, respectively. The cultural center hosts a primary and secondary school, as well as a divinities school and a dormitory for 50 students.

The National Scientific and Technical Research Council (Spanish: Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Científicas y Técnicas, CONICET) is an Argentine government agency which directs and co-ordinates most of the scientific and technical research done in universities and institutes.

Le Parc Tower is a high-rise building located at the block bounded by Avenida Cerviño, Gody Cruz, Demaria and Fray Justo Santamaria de Oro in the neighborhood of Palermo in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This luxury residential structure developed between 1991 and 1995 by RAGHSA SA was designed by Mario Roberto Álvarez and Associates. 51 floors and 158 meters (518 feet) tall, it was the tallest residential building in the country between its completion in 1995 and the completion of the first of two El Faro towers in 2003.

Plaza Italia station is part of the line D of the Buenos Aires Underground. It is located at the intersection of Avenida Santa Fe and the roundabout surrounding Plaza Italia in Palermo. The station was opened on 23 February 1940 as part of the extension of Line D from Tribunales to Palermo.A short distance from the station are located the La Sociedad Rural Argentina (in English: The Argentine Rural Society), Buenos Aires Zoo and the Botanical Garden of Buenos Aires. In 1997 the station was declared a national historic monument.

Plaza Italia is a small park in the city of Buenos Aires in the barrio of Palermo on the confluence of Santa Fe Avenue and Avenida Sarmiento. Next to the plaza are the main entrances to the Zoo and the Botanical Gardens, and the la Rural Expo Center. The area is very busy with traffic, as it is a public transportation hub for the city. In the center of the park there is an equestrian statue to Giuseppe Garibaldi, which opened on 19 June 1904 in a ceremony attended by Presidents Julio Argentino Roca and Bartolomé Mitre.Under the park there is a metro station of the same name in the "D" line of the system. On the corner of the Plaza and the Exposition Center there is a Roman column, original from the Roman Forum, donated by the city of Rome. More than 2,000 years old, it is one of the oldest monument in the city.

The Monumento a Giuseppe Garibaldi is an equestrian sculpture featuring Giuseppe Garibaldi, located on Plaza Italia, a landmark in the Palermo neighbourhood of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Giuseppe Garibaldi (1807–1882) was an Italian military and political figure. In his twenties, he joined the Carbonari Italian patriot revolutionaries, and had to flee Italy after a failed insurrection. He then led the Italian Legion in the Uruguayan Civil War, and afterwards returned to Italy as a commander in the conflicts of the Risorgimento. He has been dubbed the "Hero of the Two Worlds" in tribute to his military expeditions in both South America and Europe.Donated to the city by Italian residents, it was built by Italian sculptor Eugenio Maccagnani as a replica of the one located in Brescia, Italy, and was inaugurated on June 19, 1904.

The Buenos Aires Eco Park (Spanish: Ecoparque de Buenos Aires) is a 45-acre (18 ha) park in the Palermo district of Buenos Aires, Argentina. The former zoo, opened in 1888, contained 89 species of mammals, 49 species of reptiles and 175 species of birds, with a total of over 2,500 animals. The institution's goals are to conserve species, produce research and to educate the public. In June 2016 the city formed a bias about the zoo's cruelty. They had to close the 140-year-old zoo and relocate most of the animals to nature reserves, including Temaikèn. The zoo property will be converted into an ecopark.The zoo closed in 2016, reopening as an ecopark in 2018. Its more than 40 historic buildings (that had been declared historical heritage) were refurbished, including the arc at the main entrance, the parrots pavilion, the byzantine ruins, the Confitería del Aguila, and the herons bridge, among others.

The Ignacy Domeyko Polish Library (Polish: Biblioteka Polska im. Ignacego Domeyki, Spanish: Biblioteca Polaca Ignacio Domeyko) is the biggest Polish library in South America. Founded in 1960 in Buenos Aires, Argentina and named after the Polish geologist and mineralogist Ignacy Domeyko.

The Campo Argentino del Polo (Argentine Polo Ground), popularly known as The Cathedral of Polo, is a multi-purpose stadium in Buenos Aires, Argentina. It is currently used mostly for polo, pato and field hockey matches.The stadium, opened in 1928, holds up to 30,000 people and is located in the Palermo neighbourhood, on Del Libertador Avenue, close to Hipódromo Argentino.This is a unique polo field, situated ten minutes away from downtown Buenos Aires, and is considered the most modern and comfortable for spectators in the sport. The Campo Argentino, is the home to the Campeonato Argentino Abierto de Polo, the most important polo event in the world, held there since 1928. It is organized by the Asociación Argentina de Polo.

The Embassy of the United States in Buenos Aires is the diplomatic mission of the United States in Argentina. It is within walking distance of Bosch Palace, which is the residence of the United States Ambassador to Argentina.
