Instituto Privado Argentino-Japonés (IPAJ), also known as Nichia Gakuin (日亜学院), is a bilingual Spanish-Japanese elementary and middle school in Buenos Aires. It is the only school permitted by the Argentine Ministry of Education to require students to take Japanese, and it is the only bilingual Spanish-Japanese school in Buenos Aires. Its campus is located at Yatay 261 and Pringles 268 (two addresses for the same building) in the Almagro neighbourhood.Ricardo Braginski of Clarín wrote that the school represented the community of Japanese descent in Buenos Aires.

Acoyte is a station on Line A of the Buenos Aires Metro. The station was opened on 1 July 1914 as part of the extension of the line from Río de Janeiro to Primera Junta.

It has 23 medical centers distributed across the Buenos Aires Metropolitan Area. Its main facilities cover a surface area of 78,000 m2 (850,000 ft²). The hospital treats both private patients and those derived by social security. It also provides its own health insurance plan, being the most important pre-paid healthcare service in Argentina, with about 150,000 clients.

Hospital Durand, officially named "El Hospital General de Agudos Carlos G. Durand'" is one of the public city hospitals in Buenos Aires, Argentina. It is located in a modern building, constructed in the 1970s near the Parque Centenario (in the Caballito neighborhood), and its address is Avenida Díaz Vélez 5044.

Hospital Naval is a building in the Caballito section of Buenos Aires designed by architect Clorindo Testa in 1977. Serving Argentine Navy personnel and facing Parque Centenario, the institution was established in 1947, and its current, modernist building was inaugurated in 1981. The 30,000 m2 (320,000 ft²) hospital is one of the best-known examples of brutalist architecture in Argentina.

Asociación Argentina Amigos de la Astronomía (AAAA, A.A.A.A. or asaramas; the Argentinian Association of the Friends of Astronomy; obs code: 834) is an amateur astronomy civil association based on Buenos Aires, Argentina, with the aim of spreading astronomy. It was founded on January 4, 1929 and its field courses are held on related subjects, research in collaboration with professional bodies and printed publications or multimedia, and recreational activities for the general public. The main-belt asteroid 4756 Asaramas was named in honor of the observatory.

The Leloir Institute is a non-profit research center in Buenos Aires specializing in biochemistry, cellular biology, molecular biology, and related activities.

Avenida La Plata is a station on Line E of the Buenos Aires Underground located at the intersection of Avenida Directorio and Avenida La Plata, at the limit between Caballito and Boedo. The station was used as a set in the 1996 Argentine science fiction film Moebius. It was opened on 24 April 1966 as the western terminus of a one station extension from Boedo. On 23 June 1973 the line was extended further west to José María Moreno.
