Scotland is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Greene Township, Franklin County, Pennsylvania, United States. The community was named after Scotland, the ancestral home of an early settler. As of the 2010 census, the population was 1,353.The Chambersburg Mall is located in the area, next to the Scotland exit of I-81. The Scotland School for Veterans' Children was long part of the community.
