Golden Bay is an outer southern suburb of Perth, the capital city of Western Australia, located within the City of Rockingham. The suburb is located between Secret Harbour and Singleton, and just off the Mandurah Road. Originally known as Peelhurst, the locality name was officially changed in 1985. Golden Bay shore is a segment of the Swan Coastal Plain, which runs along the coast of the Indian Ocean.

Madora Bay is a suburb of the City of Mandurah.

Lakelands railway station is a railway station along the Mandurah line on the Transperth network in Western Australia. The station is in the Mandurah suburb of Lakelands, 6.5 kilometres (4.0 mi) north of Mandurah station and 64.5 kilometres (40.1 mi) south of Perth Underground station. Construction started in 2021 and it opened on 11 June 2023. Provisions for the station were made when the Mandurah line was originally built during the 2000s. There were several proposals to build the station during the 2010s, but when the state Labor Party came to power in 2017, it had committed to build the nearby Karnup station but not Lakelands station. Meanwhile, the federal Liberal Party wanted to build Lakelands station, so it committed to funding 80% of the $80 million required to build the station. The federal government refused requests for the funding to be transferred to the Karnup station project, therefore that project was put on hold so that the state could fund Lakelands station. This resulted in accusations that the federal government was pork barrelling as Lakelands station was in Liberal MP Andrew Hastie's seat whereas Karnup station was in a safe Labor seat held by Madeleine King. In January 2021, ADCO Constructions was awarded the contract for the design and construction of Lakelands station. The design was released in May 2021 and after a few revisions, was approved. Early works began in August 2021 and major works began in late 2021. The station opened on 11 June 2023, $8 million under budget. It has 10-minute train frequency during peak, a 15-minute frequency outside peak and on weekends and public holidays, and a 30 to 60 minute frequency at night. The station has five bus routes and a 400-bay car park.

Lakelands is the northernmost suburb of the city of Mandurah, Western Australia. The Lakelands Estate is being developed by Peet Limited and is expected to exceed 2500 lots when completed. Black Swan and Paganoni Lakes are a focal points of the estate with recreation areas and walking tracks. Mandurah Baptist College is located in Lakelands and was opened in 2005. Two primary schools are located in Lakelands; Lakelands Primary School and Oakwood Primary School which was opened in 2019. The Senior High School, Coastal Lakes College opened in 2018. To the south of Lakelands is Meadow Springs. The western side is bounded by Mandurah Road which separates Lakelands from Madora Bay and the Western beaches. The eastern side is bounded by Mandjoorgoordap Road and The Mandurah railway line passes through the suburb. Lakelands railway station is currently under construction and due to open in 2023.Block sizes are around 500 square metres (5,382 sq ft).

Comet Bay College is a public co-educational high school, located in Secret Harbour, 56 kilometres (35 mi) south of Perth, Western Australia. Established in 2006 at the premises now occupied by Comet Bay Primary School, the College moved to its present location south of the primary school in 2007. In 2020 the school for the first time ranked academically within the top ten public secondary schools in the state.

San Remo is an inner northern coastal suburb of Mandurah. The suburb, along with neighbouring Silver Sands, were gazetted in 1989. Both suburbs were named after developer estates, which entered in popular local usage.

Secret Harbour is an outer southern suburb of the metropolitan area of Perth, the capital city of Western Australia, located within the City of Rockingham on the Indian Ocean coast at Warnbro Sound. Despite its name, Secret Harbour does not have a harbour. The name results from a failed marina development and was approved in 1984.

Parklands is an eastern suburb of Mandurah.

Meadow Springs is a suburb of Mandurah, immediately northeast of Mandurah's central area. Alongside some of Mandurah's most recent land estates, it contains a large golf course, Catholic primary school, Anglican co-educational school, and a war veterans' estate. There are many parks and walking trails near the lake. The upcoming train station will provide convenient public transport, eliminating the need to drive into Mandurah to catch a train.

Frederick Irwin Anglican School (originally "Frederick Irwin Anglican Community School") is a co-educational private school located in Meadow Springs in Mandurah, Western Australia, with students from Kindergarten to Year 12. The Frederick Irwin Anglican School – Halls Head Campus, opened in January 2018, caters for Kindergarten to Year 6 students. The school motto is "The Truth Will Set You Free." The school is named after Frederick Chidley Irwin, the acting Governor of Western Australia from 1847 to 1848.

Keralup is a suburb straddling the southern boundary of the metropolitan area of Perth, Western Australia, on the eastern side of the Kwinana Freeway, and consists entirely of a government strategic landholding. The suburb will ultimately contain 90,000 people, with the majority of development being on the eastern side of the Serpentine River.The name was chosen from a newspaper poll; it was proposed by local Nyoongar leader, Trevor Walley, as it was the name of a pool in the Serpentine River in which he and his friends played as children.

Stake Hill is a northeastern rural residential suburb of Mandurah, Western Australia. Its local government area is the Shire of Murray. On 10 August 2021 Stake Hill had a population of 469.
