Mesopotam (Albanian definite form: Mesopotami; Greek: Μεσοπόταμος - Mesopotamos) is a village and a former commune in Vlorë County, southern Albania. At the 2015 local government reform it became a subdivision of the municipality Finiq. The population at the 2011 census was 2,786, Besides the village Mesopotam from which it takes its name and which functions as well as an administrative center, the administrative unit consists of 14 other villages: Ardhasovë, Bistricë, Brajlat, Dhrovjan, Fitore, Kardhikaq, Kostar, Kranë, Krongj, Livinë, Muzinë, Pecë, Sirakat, and Velahovë.

Kranë (Albanian definite form: Krana; Greek: Κρανιά; romanized Kraniá) is a village in Vlorë County, southern Albania. At the 2015 local government reform it became part of the municipality of Finiq. It is inhabited solely by Greeks.

Kostar (Greek: Κωστάρι; romanized: Kostári) is a village in Vlorë County, southern Albania. At the 2015 local government reform it became part of the municipality of Delvinë. it is inhabited by Greeks.

Livinë (Albanian definite form: Livina; Greek: Λιβήνα; romanized: Livína) is a small village in Vlorë County, southern Albania. At the 2015 local government reform it became part of the municipality of Finiq. It is inhabited solely by Greeks.

The Xhemahallë Complex (Albanian: Kompleksi i Xhemahallës) is a Cultural Monument of Albania, located in Delvinë. The mosque of the complex is thought to be the first "King type" mosque in Albania. Built in 1682, it one of the first mosques built for the local pasha class and is supplied by Llutro's Fountain, a source of water for the mosque itself as well as the adjoining madrasa and Turkish bath.

Vllahat is a village in Vlorë County in southern Albania, 13 km northeast of Saranda and 2 km southeast of Delvina. It is part of the municipality Delvinë. The village is inhabited by Muslim Albanians. The village is built on a mountain slope. It had a mosque. Nearby are the remainders of a medieval castle. To the south west of the village is the site of ancient Phoenice, which was declared an Archaeological Park in 2005. There is little local employment apart from that provided by the State.

Aliko (Albanian definite form: Alikoi; Greek: Αλύκο) is a village and a former commune in Vlorë County, southern Albania. At the 2015 local government reform it became a subdivision of the municipality Finiq. Besides the village Aliko from which it takes its name and which functions as well as an administrative center, the administrative unit consists of 9 other villages: Çaush; Dritas; Halo; Jermë; Neohor; Pllakë; Rahullë; Tremul; and Vurgu i Ri, which are inhabited solely by Greeks.

Phoenice or Phoenike (Ancient Greek: Φοινίκη) was an ancient Greek city in Epirus and capital of the Chaonians. It is located high on an almost impregnable hill commanding the fertile valley below and near the modern town of the same name, Finiq, in southern Albania. It was the wealthiest city in Epirus and had the strongest walls until the Roman conquest. It was the location of the Treaty of Phoenice which ended the First Macedonian War. The city is part of an archaeological park.

Delvinë (Albanian: Delvinë or Delvina, Greek: Δέλβινο, romanized: Delvino) is a town and a municipality in Vlorë County, southern Albania, 16 kilometres (10 miles) northeast of Sarandë. It was formed in the 2015 local government reform by the merger of the former municipalities Delvinë and Vergo, which became municipal units. The seat of the municipality is the town Delvinë. The population of the municipal unit Delvinë at the 2023 census was 4,952 and of the municipality was 6,166. The town is built on a mountain slope. It has a mosque, a Catholic church, a Protestant church, and an Orthodox church. Nearby are the remainders of a mediaeval castle. To the southwest of the city is the site of ancient Phoenice, which was declared an Archaeological Park in 2005. The town's population consists of a majority of Albanians and a substantial Greek minority. Other communities include Balkan Egyptians and until WWII, Jews. There is little local employment apart from that provided by the state, and Delvinë benefits little from the tourist boom in Sarandë.

Çaush (Albanian definite form: Çaushi; Greek: Τσαούσι; romanized: Tsaoúsi) is a village in Vlorë County, southern Albania. At the 2015 local government reform it became part of the municipality of Finiq. It is inhabited solely by Greeks.

Bamatat (Albanian definite form: Bamatati) is a populated place in the Vlorë County of Albania. It is part of the municipality of Delvinë. The village is inhabited by Muslim Albanians.

Gjin Aleksi Mosque (Albanian: Xhamia e Gjin Aleksit) is a 15th-century mosque in the village of Rusan, near Delvinë, Albania. It is a Cultural Monument of Albania. The mosque is distinguished for the high quality of acoustics that is obtained through casks that are strategically placed in holes in the walls.
