The Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd is a historic church at 2374 Grant Avenue in Ogden, Utah. It was built in 1875 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.

The Junction is a 20-acre (8.1 ha) entertainment, retail, office, and residential complex in downtown Ogden City, built on the site of the former Ogden City Mall. The Hi-Fi murders were the torture and killings of three people during a robbery at the Hi-fi Shop, a home audio store in Ogden, Utah, on the evening of April 22, 1974. Several men entered the Hi-fi Shop shortly before closing time and began taking hostages; two would survive but with severe life-changing injuries. Violence included kicking a pen into an ear and the brutal rape of an eighteen-year-old girl who was later shot in the head. The hostages were also forced to drink a corrosive drain cleaner, causing burns to their mouths and throats. The crime became notorious for its violence and accusations of racial bias in the Utah judiciary.Police only had enough evidence to convict three enlisted United States Air Force airmen: Dale Selby Pierre, William Andrews, and Keith Roberts. Pierre and Andrews were both sentenced to death and executed for murder and aggravated robbery, while Roberts, who had remained in a getaway vehicle, was convicted of robbery.

The Eccles Building, at 385 24th St. in Ogden, Utah, was built in 1913. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.It was designed in Chicago school style by architect Leslie S. Hodgson. It is an eight-story steel-framed building, designed in Commercial Style.

The Ogden/Weber Municipal Building, at 2541 Washington Blvd. in Ogden, Utah, was built in 1938–1940. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.It was funded as a Public Works Administration project. It was designed by architects Hodgson and McClenahan in Art Deco style and built by George A. Whitmeyer & Sons. It is built of warm brick and glazed terra cotta.Its nomination claims that "In many ways it is a 'typical' Art Deco example, resembling the Syracuse Lighting Company Office Building (1932), in Syracuse, New York", but frankly it is a great deal less spectacular than that extraordinary example.

The Bigelow Hotel is a historic hotel located at 2510 Washington Blvd. in Ogden, Utah, United States. Opened in 1927, it was known from 1933-2017 as the Ben Lomond Hotel. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1990. It is notable for its Italian Renaissance Revival architectural significance and as the setting of historical events. The hotel was a member of Choice Hotels' Ascend Collection. In 2019 it was converted to The Bigelow Apartments.

The Weber Stake Tabernacle, later known as the Ogden Pioneer Tabernacle, was a tabernacle belonging to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church). The tabernacle was constructed by Latter-day Saints in Ogden, Utah during the 1850s. The building stood for over one-hundred years, until it was razed in 1971 to make way for the Ogden Utah Temple.

The Scowcroft Warehouse is a historic building in Ogden, Utah. It was built as a four-storey warehouse with a basement in 1900 for John Scowcroft and Sons, whose founder John Scowcroft converted to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in England before immigrating to Utah with his family in 1880. He was the founder and namesake of this dry goods wholesale company in Ogden, and he was also a director of a beetroot sugar manufacturer in Northern Utah called the Ogden Sugar Company, which later merged with several companies to become the Amalgamated Sugar Company. The factory was designed by Ogden architect Leslie S. Hodgson and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.Scowcroft's son Heber was the president of John Scrowcroft and Sons, and he resided at the Heber Scowcroft House, also listed on the NRHP.

The Ogden Utah Temple (formerly the Ogden Temple) is the sixteenth constructed and fourteenth operating temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Located in Ogden, Utah, it was originally built with a modern, single-spire design very similar to the Provo Utah Temple. During a renovation completed in 2014, the exterior and interior were extensively changed.
