Crescent Station is a hamlet of the town of Colonie in Albany County, New York, United States that straddles US Route 9.

Crescent Bridge (also known as the Bridge 6) is a 1,229-foot (375 m) bridge over the Mohawk River and the Erie Canal. It is in Crescent, New York, a hamlet in the town of Halfmoon in southern Saratoga County on the northern side of the Mohawk River. The Crescent Bridge carries U.S Route 9 over the Mohawk River between the towns of Colonie in Albany County and Halfmoon.

Noxon Bank Building is a historic bank building located at Crescent in Saratoga County, New York. It was built in 1842 and is a three-story, square, hipped roof structure of brick and stone in the Greek Revival style. There is a two-story, hipped roofed brick wing. The entrance features cut limestone Tuscan order columns and pilasters.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.

Oakcliff is a historic home located on Church Hill Road in Crescent, Saratoga County, New York. It was built about 1840 and is two-story, three-bay timber framed, side hall residence in a formally balanced Greek Revival style. Renovations occurred in the late 1860s and late 1890s. It has a two-story side wing. It features two-story porticos with four Tuscan order columns on each with full entablature and a molded triangular pediment. Also on the property are a contributing frame carriage barn and stone wall.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1998.

Crescent Methodist Episcopal Church is a historic Methodist Episcopal church located in Crescent, Saratoga County, New York. It was built in 1852 and is a rectangular, three-by-five-bay, brick church in a vernacular Greek Revival style. It is topped by a shallow-pitched, slate-covered, gable roof. It features a two-stage, flat-roofed, open belfry with Tuscan order columns. Attached is a 1-story parish hall wing.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2000.Due to its poor condition the church was judged unsafe, and was demolished prior to 2013.

Crescent is a hamlet in the town of Halfmoon, New York, United States. It lies on the north bank of the Mohawk River in Saratoga County. Crescent was the northern terminus of an aqueduct which carried the Erie Canal over the Mohawk River. The original wooden aqueduct was built in 1825. The 26-arched stone aqueduct which replaced the wooden structure, was demolished in 1918 and only fragments of the stone piers remain.In the 1840s, the cheap transportation provided by the canal spurred economic development in Crescent. This included a paint works, an iron foundry, and brickworks, located there, and businesses supplying the canal boats prospered. Grain was transhipped at Crescent; it was said "teams in a line half a mile long having been seen waiting for a chance to unload." In 1860 the population was 593.Today, Crescent is the location of the Crescent Bridge carrying U.S. Route 9 from Albany County. The Crescent Methodist Episcopal Church (now demolished), Noxon Bank Building, and Oakcliff are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Van Denbergh-Simmons House is a historic home located at Colonie in Albany County, New York. The house was in three phases: the northeast section was built between about 1720 and 1760; the northwest section about 1790; and the south section about 1847. The northeast section is a 1+1⁄2-story Dutch house with a 1-story porch. The northwest section is a 1+1⁄2-story ell containing a large kitchen and bee hive oven. The south section is a 2-story Italian Villa style addition with a hipped roof and large square tower at the northwest corner. Also on the property are the remains of a barn foundation.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

Simmons Stone House is a historic home located at Colonie in Albany County, New York. It was built between 1847 and 1849 and is a two-story, massive cruciform plan stone house constructed of random ashlar blocks. It has an intersecting, low pitched gable roof with broad overhanging cornice in the Italianate style. It features a one-story porch across the front elevation with a cobblestone foundation and hipped roof supported by square columns.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

Boght Corners (also referred to as Boght) is a hamlet in the town of Colonie in northern Albany County, New York, United States, that straddles U.S. Route 9 (Route 9). The corners that give the hamlet its name are found at the intersection of Route 9 and Boght Road (NY Route 9R on leg east of hamlet), near the Boght Community Fire District's station. The community is served by the North Colonie Central School District. Boght Hills Elementary School is located within the hamlet.

Dunsbach Ferry is a hamlet of the town of Colonie, in Albany County, New York, United States. The hamlet sits to the east of, and below, the Thaddeus Kosciusko Bridge (also known as "The Twin Bridges"), where Interstate 87 (I-87) crosses the Mohawk River. There are numerous private and public docks and landings between the Twin Bridges and the Colonie Town Park. Dunsbach Ferry was once an important river crossing and a stop on the Schenectady and Troy Railroad (T&S), later a branch of the New York Central Railroad. The ZIP code is 12047 (Cohoes).

The Thaddeus Kosciusko Bridge, commonly referred to as the Twin Bridges, or just "The Twins", located in the United States, is a pair of identical through arch bridges, made of steel, which span the Mohawk River between the towns of Colonie, Albany County and Halfmoon, Saratoga County, in New York's Capital District. One span carries three lanes of Interstate 87 northbound and one carries three southbound lanes between exits 7 and 8. The toll-free bridge opened in 1959 as part of the Adirondack Northway, a 176-mile highway linking Albany and the Canada–United States border at Champlain. The Interstate 87 section of the highway was formally inaugurated by Governor Nelson Rockefeller on May 26, 1961.The bridge is named (using an anglicized form) in honor of Tadeusz Kościuszko (1746–1817), the preeminent national figure in Poland's fight for independence. Kościuszko arrived in Colonial America a month after the July 4, 1776 Declaration of Independence and remained a notable military leader throughout the Revolutionary War, attaining the rank of general as well as honorary American citizenship.
