Treemont Manor

Springwood Manor is a historic home located at Loudonville in Albany County, New York. It was originally built about 1890 and is a 2+1⁄2-story, five-bay, masonry dwelling with a mansard roof. It was extensively remodeled in 1912 in the Colonial Revival style. Also on the property are a barn, carriage house, shed, and gardens with a spring fed pond (all non-contributing).It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.

Senator William T. Byrne House is a historic home located at Colonie in Albany County, New York. It is a single-story residence with two single-story wings. It features a single-story front portico supported by four square columns. The roofs have wings along the top balustrades. The rear wall was built around 1880 and the front section in 1916. It is in the Colonial Revival architecture style. The property was purchased by Senator William T. Byrne in 1910.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

In the early 20th century it had two large wings and other features added to create the appearance of a noteworthy Georgian Revival style mansion.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.

Newtonville Post Office is a historic post office building located at Newtonville in Albany County, New York, United States. It was built in 1852 as the First Baptist Church. It is a one-story, rectangular red brick building with a gable roof. The Rev. William Arthur, father of President Chester Alan Arthur lived at Newtonville from 1855 to 1863 and according to tradition is believed to have preached in the church. Church use ceased in the late 19th century and the building was used as a school, bus garage, farm machinery sales office, and after 1940 as a post office.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.

Newtonville School is a historic school building located at Newtonville in Albany County, New York. It was built in 1925 and consists of a one-story, gable-roofed brick main block with a one-story, rectangular hipped roof wing. It is in the Colonial Revival style and features a wood portico with two slender, fluted Doric order columns. Atop the roof is an octagonal wood cupola with a copper roof. The school was converted to administrative use in 1954.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2000.

Newtonville United Methodist Church is a historic United Methodist church located on Loudon Road at Maxwell Road in Newtonville, Albany County, New York. There has been a Methodist congregation meeting at the present site of the church since 1828. Three area congregations merged to the Newtonville location in 1858, and the church was called Asbury Chapel. When the building then in use exceeded its physical limitations, the current building was constructed. This new structure, built for a cost of $11,150.00 and paid for in 3 years, was called "Asbury Methodist Episcopal Church." The congregation was incorporated as the First Methodist Episcopal Church of Newtonville in 1916.: 3 The current late Gothic Revival structure was built in 1893, and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2001. In the late 1940s the men of the church dug, by hand, a cellar to create space for a fellowship hall under the sanctuary. An education structure was added to the rear of the main sanctuary building in 1959. A sexton's cottage, also dating to the late 19th century, sits next to the church building. The former parsonage on the site was removed in the early 1960s, and the church's carriage sheds were destroyed by fire. The current pastor at Newtonville United Methodist Church is Reverend Steven M. Smith, who has been serving there since 2011.

It has board and batten siding, exposed roof rafters, and a 1-story porch with simple supports. It is a distinctive example of mid-19th-century "pattern book" architecture.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.
