It was built about 1727 and is a rectangular 1+1⁄2-story, three-by-two-bay center entrance brick dwelling with a gambrel roof. It features a single-story wraparound porch.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2004.

Mannsville is a hamlet within the town of Colonie, Albany County, New York, United States. It is a small community west of the city of Watervliet and is inaccessible to the rest of Colonie by car without driving through Watervliet. Town historian Jean Olton stated in 1987 that Mannsville was no longer considered "an official hamlet" of the Town of Colonie. As of 2019, Mannsville (misspelled as Mansville) is listed on the Town of Colonie's Town Historian website as an unincorporated community within the Town of Colonie.

Goodrich School is a historic school building located in Colonie in Albany County, New York. It consists of a one-story, gable roofed rectangular brick building built about 1922 with a one-story, rectangular hipped roof wing dated to about 1926. On the south side are a series of two additions completed during the 1950s. The building is in the Classical Revival style and features a prominent portico with curved underside supported by six Doric order fluted columns. Atop the roof is an octagonal wood cupola with a copper roof.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2000.

Ohio Street Methodist Episcopal Church Complex, also known as Third Avenue Methodist Church and St. Ann Maronite Catholic Church, is a historic Methodist Episcopal church at 1921 Third Avenue in Watervliet, Albany County, New York. It was originally built about 1850 and modified about 1895. The parish house was built about 1880. Both are brick buildings with wood floor and roof framing and stone foundations.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2005.In 2013 the church was renamed St. Ann Maronite Catholic Church as the 100 year old Maronite congregation, previously located on 4th Street in Troy brought the vacant Methodist Church Complex from the city of Watervliet.

The Starlite Music Theatre was a 3,000-capacity theatre in the round located in the Latham area of the Town of Colonie. Also known as the Latham Coliseum, it opened as the Colonie Coliseum in 1958 with a production of the classic musical Damn Yankees, and was demolished in 2012. Some of the big-name acts that performed at the venue include Diana Ross, Rodney Dangerfield, Eddie Murphy, Three Dog Night, Pat Benatar, America, "Weird Al" Yankovic, B.B. King, Bob Hope, Little Richard, The Beach Boys, Harry Chapin, and Kenny Rogers.The Starlite property is located at 625 Columbia Street Extension (NY 9R), west of the city of Cohoes, and just east of 9R's southern junction with US 9 & I-87. After its 2012 demolition, it was revealed that the site would be redeveloped into a headquarters for Ayco, a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs. Once completed, the new HQ will house over 800 employees.

The J. Leonard Lackman House is located on Imperial Avenue in Cohoes, New York, United States. Lackman was a local gunsmith and locksmith. His descendants still own and reside in the house as of 2009. It was built in the late 19th century in the then-popular Queen Anne architectural style. In 1998 it was added to the National Register of Historic Places.

The William J. Dickey House is located on Imperial Avenue in Cohoes, New York, United States. It was built for Dickey, the superintendent of a local textile mill, in 1890, by an unknown architect. It is a well-preserved example of local Queen Anne-style residential architecture. In 1998 it was added to the National Register of Historic Places.

Watervliet ( waw-tər-VLEET or waw-tər-və-LEET) is a city in Albany County, in the U.S. state of New York. The population was 10,375 as of the 2020 census. Watervliet is north of Albany, the capital of the state, and is bordered on the north, west, and south by the town of Colonie. The city is also known as "the Arsenal City".
