Fly Creek Methodist Church, also known as First Methodist Episcopal Society in Fly Creek, is a historic Methodist church on County Route 26, north of the junction with conjoined NY 28 and NY 80 in Fly Creek, Otsego County, New York. It was built in 1838 and is a plain, clapboarded, timber-frame building on a fieldstone foundation with a frontal gable in the Greek Revival style. The interior configuration is a modification of the Akron plan. It is located within the boundaries of the Fly Creek Historic District. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1996.

Fly Creek Grange No. 844, also known as Fly Creek Area Historical Society and Museum, is a historic Grange Hall located at Fly Creek in Otsego County, New York. It was built in 1899, is a large 2+1⁄2-story, gable-roofed, rectangular frame structure, 30 feet wide and 80 feet deep. It is sheathed in clapboard siding and rests on a cut stone and rubble foundation. It is located within the boundaries of the Fly Creek Historic District. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2004.

Fly Creek Historic District is a national historic district located at Fly Creek in Otsego County, New York. It encompasses 111 contributing buildings, three contributing sites, and 88 contributing structures. The district incorporates three hamlet clusters: Pail Shop Corners, Village of Fly Creek (unincorporated), Marvin Mills, collectively known as "Fly Creek." The district includes the separately listed Fly Creek Grange No. 844 and Fly Creek Methodist Church. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006.

Pail Shop Corners is a hamlet located at the corner of Hoke Road, Goose Street, and CR-26 north of Fly Creek in the Town of Otsego, in Otsego County, New York, United States. The Fly Creek Cider Mill and Orchard is located by Pail Shop Corners.

The Fly Creek Cider Mill and Orchard is a historic water-powered cider mill on the banks of Fly Creek. The marketplace at the mill has more than 300 specialty foods, including fresh mill-made fudge, mill-aged extra-sharp cheddar cheese, salsa, apple wines and hard ciders. The Tasting Room offers samples and tasting flights of the Mill's Farm Winery Products. The mill pond has an observation deck with tables to get lunch from the Snack Barn Restaurant and Bakery, including ice cream delights and the famous cider float. During summer months the Mill is home to the popular Coopertown Pin Trade Program. The mill is open spring through December (Check website for more hours) and located at the corner of CR 26 and Goose Street north of the hamlet of Fly Creek, New York, which is 3.5 miles west of Cooperstown, New York off of State Route 28N and 80W. The Fly Creek Cider Mill is part of the Cooperstown Beverage Trail.

Fly Creek also known as Vlaie Creek, begins by the border of the Town of Otsego and Town of Springfield in Otsego County, New York. Fly Creek then travels south towards the hamlet of Fly Creek and converges with Oaks Creek south of the hamlet of Fly Creek. The Fly Creek Cider Mill and Orchard is located next to Fly Creek. The Mill gets power to make cider from the Fly Creek water flow and is the last remaining mill in the area. Fly Creek is also located partly within the Fly Creek Historic District.

Chapin Memorial Church is a historic Universalist church at 12 Ford Avenue in Oneonta, Otsego County, New York. It was built in 1894 and is a one and a half-story brick building on a tall, cut stone foundation. The facade consists of two parts: the main body of the church and the engaged three stage tower and entrance bay. It is characterized by an eclectic design that combines features characteristic of the Romanesque, Gothic Revival, and Queen Anne styles. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.

Oaksville is a hamlet west of Cooperstown on conjoined NY-28/NY-80, in the Town of Otsego, New York, in Otsego County, New York, United States. Oaks Creek flows south through the hamlet.

Cattown is a hamlet located at the corner of Cattown and Hoke Roads in the Town of Otsego, New York, in Otsego County, United States. It is west of Fly Creek and north of Oaksville. The hamlet was named Cattown because a girl's husband dropped a cat down a chimney of a house to break up a meeting she was attending because his dinner was late.

Mathewson–Bice Farmhouse and Mathewson Family Cemetery is a historic home and family cemetery located at Hartwick near Cooperstown in Otsego County, New York. The property was bought in 1796 by David Mathewson and the house was built shortly after the purchase. Mathewson had moved to the area from Rhode Island with a migration after the Revolutionsry War. The Bice family, included in its title, did not inhabit the house until 1920's. The house is a two-story, five-bay, timber frame and vertical plank dwelling. It has a stone foundation, side-gable roof, front porch, and shed-roof addition. Also on the property is the Mathewson family cemetery with eight stones dating from 1813 to 1850. The house sat on 125,000 acres purchased from William Cooper of Cooperstown. It has since reduced to 39.92 acres per the application to the National Registry of Historical Places. Although some out buildings were listed as missing, they were on the property in 1957. Since it was registered, the current owner has restored it to its original state, uncovering a cooking hearth that held antique pots and utensils. They also took down a pony wall that had separated the kitchen, in order to regain the original large Farmhouse kitchen. : 3, 7  It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2013.

Otsego is a town in the north-central part of Otsego County, New York, United States. The population was 3,641 at the 2020 census. The town is named after Lake Otsego, which forms part of the town's eastern border.

Moe Pond is a small man-made lake in Otsego County, New York, located northwest of Cooperstown. Moe Pond drains south via Willow Brook, which flows into Otsego Lake. Mount Ovis is located east and Hannah's Hill is located southeast of Moe Pond. The pond was named for Henry Allen Moe, a past member of the New York State Historical Association. Moe Pond was created in 1939. The pond and surrounding area is currently privately owned by the State University of New York at Oneonta (SUNY Oneonta), which uses it for educational and research purposes only.
