Sant'Atanasio

The Pontifical Greek College of St. Athanasius (Italian: Pontificio Collegio Greco di Sant’Atanasio, Greek: Ποντιφίκιο Ελληνικό Κολλέγιο Αγίου Αθανασίου) is a Pontifical College in Rome that observes the Byzantine rite. It was founded in 1577 by Pope Gregory XIII as a college for the training of priests and seminarians of the Arbëreshë people, who profess the Greek-Byzantine rite. More recently, they were joined by seminarians from anywhere in Europe or the Mediterranean where the Byzantine rite was practiced: Melkite Arabs, Greeks, Greek-Catholic Albanians, Romanians, Bulgarians, Hungarians, Belarusians, Slovaks; in past centuries, before the establishment of autonomous colleges, also Ukrainian and Ruthenian students. It also hosted representatives of the Orthodox world. Its patron saint is Saint Athanasius. The college Church of Sant'Atanasio is also a titular church.

Via del Babuino is a street in the historic centre of Rome (Italy), located in the rione Campo Marzio. It connects Piazza del Popolo to Piazza di Spagna and is part of the complex of streets known as Tridente.

All Saints' Church is an active English-speaking chaplaincy of the Church of England's Diocese in Europe - a part of the Anglican Communion - in Rome, Italy. The church building is a Gothic revival red-brick construction, situated in the Via del Babuino, about 100 meters from the Spanish Steps. The architect was George Edmund Street (1824–1881). It has a regular weekly schedule of masses and prayer services and is used, as well, for concerts. All Saints follows the high church tradition of Anglicanism, with a sung Eucharist being held weekly.

Babuino (Romanesco: Il Babbuino; Italian: Il Babuino, The Baboon) is one of the talking statues of Rome, Italy. The fountain is situated in front of the Canova Tadolini Museum, in via del Babuino.

Via Margutta is a narrow street in the centre of Rome, near Piazza del Popolo, accessible from Via del Babuino in the ancient Campo Marzio neighborhood also known as "the foreigner's quarter". Mount Pincio is nearby. Via Margutta originally was home to modest craftsmen, workshops and stables, but now hosts many art galleries and fashionable restaurants. After the 1953 film Roman Holiday became popular, Via Margutta developed into an exclusive neighborhood, where such celebrities as film director Federico Fellini lived. From the north the area can be reached from Via Cassia or Flaminia, passing then through Piazzale Flaminio, and through the city door in the wall that leads to Piazza del Popolo. From this point one walks several metres to the left of Flaminio Obelisk towards Via del Babuino, and on the left there is an alley that leads to Via Margutta.From Piazza di Spagna, one can take via del Babuino, turn right on via Albert, and via Margutta will be on the left.

The Anfiteatro Correa was an amphitheatre in 1870 in Rome, Italy and was later known as the Anfiteatro Umberto I. In 1908, the threatre was transformed into a concert hall known as the Teatro Augusteo.

The Monument to the Cairoli Brothers is a prominent patriotic statuary group on the Pincian Hill in Rome. It is located along the Pincian Hill, on a terrace overlooking the center of Rome. The statue is located just below the Terrazza Viale del Belvedere, and can be accessed by walking north from the summit of the Spanish Steps, past the Villa Medici.

Gesù e Maria is a Baroque church located on Via del Corso in the Rione Campo Marzio of central Rome, Italy. It faces across the street the similarly Baroque facade of San Giacomo in Augusta. It is more correctly called Chiesa dei Santi Nomi di Gesù e Maria ("Church of the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary"). The church was made a cardinalate deaconry by Pope Paul VI in 1967 with the name of Santissimi Nomi di Gesù e Maria in Via Lata ("Most Holy Names of Jesus and Mary on Via Lata"). "Via Lata" is the old name of Via del Corso. The church now serves as an apostolate of the Institute of Christ the King Sovereign Priest.

The Via del Corso is a main street in the historical centre of Rome. It is straight in an area otherwise characterized by narrow meandering alleys and small piazzas. Considered a wide street in ancient times, the Corso is approximately 10 metres wide, and it only has room for two lanes of traffic and two narrow sidewalks. The northern portion of the street is a pedestrian area. The length of the street is roughly 1.5 kilometres.

San Giacomo in Augusta (also known as San Giacomo degli Incurabili) is a Baroque church in Rome, Italy. It was the church of the Hospital of San Giacomo degli Incurabili.

The Casa di Goethe is a museum in Rome, in Via del Corso 18, dedicated to Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, his Italian Journey and his life at Rome in the years from 1786 through 1788. During his journey Goethe wrote a journal and also many letters which would be published in 1816-17 as the Italian Journey.

The Collegio S. Giuseppe-Istituto de Mérode is a Catholic school of the Brothers of the Christian Schools. It is located in Rome, Italy, in via San Sebastianello 1, at the corner of Piazza di Spagna, in the rione Campo Marzio. It comprises two buildings, the Collegio S. Giuseppe (that occupies the ancient Albergo Serny) and the Istituto de Mérode (built in 1900). The Collegio S. Giuseppe-Istituto de Mérode includes a primary school, middle school and high school (Liceo Classico and Scientifico).
