Milwaukee Cold Storage Co. Building is an 1892 building which was once the location for the Milwaukee Cold Storage Company. At the time of construction it was billed as the largest cold storage house in Wisconsin. It is an historic building constructed in the style of Romanesque Revival architecture and it is located in the Walker's Point Historic District of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. To retain the cold air, the five-story building has walls which are two feet thick and there are not many windows. The building was originally cooled with ice that was taken from the nearby river. After 1910 the building was cooled with a mechanical refrigeration system. In 2019 the building was sold to a Milwaukee developer. The developer plans to restore the building for new uses.

Milwaukee Community Cyber High School, MC2 is a public school in the Milwaukee Public Schools district in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It is located at 131 South 1st Street and its principal is Colleen Stuckart. MC2 is a tuition free, public charter high school, chartered through the Milwaukee Public Schools.The school uses face-to-face teacher instruction and projects with one-to-one technology as a tool to "enhance student learning and achievement".

The John Pritzlaff Hardware Company is a complex of Italianate-styled buildings built from 1875 to 1919, a remnant of what was for years the largest wholesale hardware business in Milwaukee and the region. In 2013 the buildings were listed on the National Register of Historic Places.John C. Pritzlaff was an immigrant from Pomerania, Prussia, who came to Milwaukee in 1841, before Wisconsin was a state. In 1850 he, August Suelflohn, and Henry Nazro opened a small hardware store on Third Street called John Pritzlaff and Company. Pritzlaff became the sole owner in 1866.In 1875 Pritzlaff moved his business to the current location and shifted from retail to wholesale hardware. In that year he built the first structure. That 1875 main block is a four-story brick building. It has brick hood moulds over the windows and a denticulated, bracketed cornice - typical of the Italianate style that was popular at that time. On one side the cornice is broken by a round-topped pediment which frames "1875 - Pritzlaff". Additions and other blocks were added in 1879, 1887, 1895, 1903, 1912, 1915 and 1919. The surviving blocks are all brick, in Italianate style. As the buildings grew, so did the staff, from 52 in 1881 to 450 in 1931.Pritzlaff's enterprise became the largest hardware company in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and eventually became one of the largest wholesale hardware companies and iron supply houses in the Midwest. It was known for selling hardware, sewing machines, and toys through mail order catalogs to wholesale accounts throughout the United States.After Pritzlaff died, his son, Fred C. Pritzlaff took over until his death in 1951. When Fred died, his son took over the firm until it closed in 1958.Today the buildings have been renovated and converted into rental space for large events and high end apartments.

The William F. Eisner Museum of Advertising & Design, or The Eisner, was an advertising museum located in Historic Third Ward in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in the United States.

National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum is a museum devoted to bobblehead dolls. It is located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The museum claims to have 10,000 different bobbleheads from around the world, including a life-size bobblehead. It is the only bobblehead-specific museum in the world.

The Marshall Building, formerly known as the Hoffman & Sons Co. Building, is a historic building in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States. Part of the Historic Third Ward, the six-story building is the oldest existing example of structural engineer Claude A. P. Turner's Spiral Mushroom System of flat-slab concrete reinforcement.

The Pittsburgh Plate Glass Enamel Plant is an Art Moderne-styled factory in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, built in 1937 by the Pittsburgh Plate Glass Company. In 2009 it was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2009.

Milwaukee Public Market is a public market located in the Historic Third Ward neighborhood in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Space in the building is leased to vendors, primarily local food businesses. The market's founders drew inspiration for the development from the Pike Place Market in Seattle, Washington, envisioning a space that would support smaller, local businesses.Typical food offerings include bakery items, meats, produce, seafood, soup, cheese, spices, wine, coffee, and candies. When the market opened in 2005, it focused primarily on selling raw ingredients, but over time, organizers found that vendors were more successful selling freshly prepared foods. Other vendors offer flowers, gifts, and apparel. The market also includes community space for events. The Milwaukee Public Market building was designed by The Kubala Washatko Architects (TKWA) from Cedarburg, Wisconsin and opened in 2005. The firm states that the steel, glass, and brick material chosen for the building "honors the industrial history of the Third Ward." The initial development cost approximately $10 million and was funded with a mix of private and public funds.The market is served by the new "The Hop" streetcar line, which opened in November 2018.

Engine Company No. 10, is a public artwork by artist Michael Casper, commissioned by Thomas M. Wamser located in the Historic Third Ward on Broadway Street, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States. The structure is made out of bronze and was installed in 1990.

Stratiformis is a public artwork by Korean-born artist Jin Soo Kim located in Catalano Square, which is south of downtown in the Historic Third Ward of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States. The large sculpture combines disassembled knitting machines culled from a local apparel manufacturer in a grid of rusted rebar, all hand-wrapped with galvanized and copper wire. It was installed in 2006.

The Harley-Davidson Museum is an American museum located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin celebrating the more than 100-year history of Harley-Davidson motorcycles. The 130,000-square-foot (12,000 m2) three building complex on 20 acres (81,000 m2) along the Menomonee River bank contains more than 450 Harley-Davidson motorcycles and hundreds of thousands of artifacts from the Harley-Davidson Motor Company's 118-year history. The museum attracts an estimated 300,000 visitors annually.

Red Flower Rising is a public artwork by American artist Richard Taylor located outside the Milwaukee Public Market, on the corner of Broadway Street and East St. Paul Avenue in the Historic Third Ward in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The red painted aluminum sculpture was installed in 2007 in memory of Jeffry A. Posner.
