Raymond James Tower

The Lincoln American Tower is a 22-story building located at the corner of North Main and Court streets in Memphis, Tennessee. It is also a historical landmark, one of the first steel frame skyscrapers built in Memphis. The tower underwent a six-year refurbishing project starting in 2002, and despite a fire in 2006, is now open and accepting tenants. The building currently features 31 residential apartments, 3 floors of commercial offices, and New York–based Ceriello Fine Foods on the ground floor.

Hotel Claridge is a historic hotel building in Memphis, Tennessee, U.S.. It was built in 1924 for Charles Levy and Morris Corn, two businessmen from St. Louis, Missouri. Its construction cost $1.5 million, and it was designed by the Memphis architectural firm of Jones & Furbringer and the St. Louis firm of Barnett, Haynes & Barnett.Hotel Claridge is at 109 North Main Street in Memphis. In the 1930s and 40s, it housed the studios of radio station 560 AM WHBQ.It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since April 29, 1982.

It was renovated in 1983 and converted to condominiums. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places for Shelby County, Tennessee in 1995. It was designed by Edward Culliatt Jones's architecture firm.

The Tennessee Club, also known as the Overall Goodbar Building, is a historic townhouse in Memphis, Tennessee, U.S.. Designed by architect Elah Terrell, it was built in 1888 for two doctors by the names of Overall and Peete. Colonel William F. Taylor, a veteran of the Confederate States Army who served under General Nathan Bedford Forrest during the American Civil War, also had an office in the building. By 1890, it became the home of the Tennessee Club, a social club founded in 1875. From 1907 to 1927, it was home to Overton and Overton, a real estate firm. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since April 22, 1982.

The University of Memphis, School of Law building (also commonly known as the Customs House, Post Office, or Courthouse reflecting its prior uses) is a 5-story former federal building, located in downtown Memphis. As of 2010, the building is owned entirely by the University of Memphis and houses its law school. It is located at the corner of Front Street and Madison Avenue. It has 169,000 square feet (15,700 m2) of usable space that has been re-purposed as classrooms, offices, and administrative space. One of the original courtrooms from the building's former use as a courthouse has been restored as the University of Memphis moot courtroom. The building is made of steel and concrete, and employs many decorative elements including Tennessee marble, granite, and detailed plaster work.

The University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law is an American Bar Association accredited law school and is the only law school in Memphis, Tennessee. The school has been associated with the University of Memphis since the law school's formation in 1962. The school was named in honor of former University president Cecil C. Humphreys. It is also referred to as U of M Law, Memphis Law, or Memphis Law School. According to Memphis Law's 2017 ABA-required disclosures, 69.69% of the Class of 2017 obtained full-time, long-term, bar passage-required employment after graduation, excluding solo practitioners.

100 North Main is the tallest building in Memphis, Tennessee. At 430 feet, (131m) it has 37 floors and stands bordering Adams Avenue, North Second Street, and North Main. The building is currently totally vacant and closed to public entry. Plans for renovation to convert the building to hotel and apartments have repeatedly failed. The building stands abandoned and fenced off as of May 2016. The building has been condemned by Shelby County Environmental Court since late 2015 when it was discovered that chunks of concrete were falling from the building's exterior walls, as well as the elevators being inoperable and the fire safety systems not being up to code or functional. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2015.

It should not be confused with the Memphis Cotton Exchange which is located on Front Street and Union Avenue. The Exchange Building is located at the corner of Second Street and Madison Avenue in downtown Memphis, Tennessee. It is 264.0 feet (80.5 m) tall and has 217,244 square feet (20,182.6 m2) of living space. The building is made of steel and concrete, and employs many decorative elements including Tennessee marble, granite, and detailed plaster work.
