Chedworth Park

Porritt Stadium (or Porritt Park), is a multi-purpose stadium in the suburb of Chartwell in Hamilton, New Zealand. It is used for football matches and athletics and is the home stadium of Hamilton Wanderers. The main field is surrounded by a national grade athletics track.The stadium is named for Arthur Porritt, Baron Porritt.Porritt Stadium hosted the 2022 New Zealand Special Olympics National Summer Games. It was formerly used in the New Zealand Football Championship as Hamilton's and Waikato’s home ground.

Chartwell Shopping Centre is a shopping centre, owned by Stride Property, and is located on a 4.22-hectare (10.43-acre) site in the suburb of Chartwell, 5.6 kilometres (3.5 mi) north of Hamilton, New Zealand. Stride Property took over ownership of Chartwell Shopping Centre in 2015, as a result of this, Chartwell Shopping Centre is no longer part of the Westfield Group and Westfield gift cards are not accepted. The shopping centre is informally referred to as "Chartwell Square" by many Hamilton residents, as this was its original name.

St Paul's Collegiate School is a private (independent) Anglican secondary school in Hamilton, New Zealand. Opened in 1959 originally as a boys only school, the school began admitting girls in years 12 to 13 in 1985, then girls in years 11 to 13 in 2010. St Paul's Collegiate was founded by the Anglican community including the parents of some Southwell School students, but today only a small proportion of St Pauls students are former Southwell students.The school is located on land that previously was a part of the farm known as Cherrybrook which belonged to Mr. Andrew Primrose, Esq., J.P. an early settler and prominent resident in Waikato. The land purchased by Primrose was previously confiscated from Māori by the Grey Colonial government.The school also owns and operates Tihoi Venture School, located on the edge of the Pureora Forest Park around 50 km west of Taupō. Year 10 students attend Tihoi for two terms (18 weeks) as part of an adventure-based character development and education programme.The school won the Maadi Cup and Springbok Shield in 2002 and 2003 for rowing.

Chartwell is a suburb in north-eastern Hamilton, New Zealand. The suburb was named after Chartwell, the country home of Sir Winston Churchill. The area became a part of Hamilton in June 1962 and was officially defined as a suburb in 1974. Most of the housing is private single or 2 level dwellings with little state housing. Streets near the square are used for parking. Private dwellings are being purchased by professionals to be used as business premises close to the square. The streets are well planted with trees.

St James Park is a suburb in north-eastern Hamilton in New Zealand by a 2010 map. It was developed by Chedworth/Grasshopper Joint Venture in 2001. In 2012 Hamilton Libraries described it as being in Huntington, as do some valuers and land agents. St James shopping area is in the centre of Rototuna, with a Countdown supermarket, a gym and a Palmers Garden Centre.

Fairfield College is a co-educational state secondary school in Hamilton, New Zealand. Located in the north-east suburb of Fairfield, it was founded in 1957. Built on the site of a former 36-acre (150,000 m2) dairy farm which is leased from Tainui iwi, it is one of the largest school sites in the country.

Enderley is a suburb of Hamilton, New Zealand. It became a part of Hamilton in the 5th boundary extension in 1949. It is the highest ranking suburb for socio-economic deprivation in eastern Hamilton.

Fairfield is a suburb to the northeast of central Hamilton, New Zealand. Fairfield is named after the dairy farm of John Davies, who bought 100 acres (0.40 km2) from F. R. Claude. This area experienced rapid growth in the 1950s and 60s.

Callum Brae is a suburb in north-eastern Hamilton in New Zealand. It part of the Rototuna South census area. Hamilton City Council includes Callum Brae as part of Rototuna. Estate agents refer to the area as Rototuna, which is often used to include Callum Brae and other neighbouring suburbs, such as Grosvenor, Somerset Heights, Huntington and St James. In 2012 Hamilton Libraries said Callum Court is in the suburb of Rototuna. It was named in 2000 by Bramley Ltd., the developer, following a theme of naming all streets in the Callum Brae development with Scottish names.Tauhara Park lies to the west of Callum Brae. Work was done in 2002 to prevent methane from the old Rototuna landfill migrating to Callum Brae and monitoring continues. The leachate is also collected.Bus 16 has served Callum Brae at half hourly intervals since 2018.

Fairview Downs is a suburb in eastern Hamilton in New Zealand.It was developed in stages. Tramway Road, the western boundary of Fairview, was shown as a proposed tramway on an 1865 map. It seems to have been of double width to accommodate a tramway to Cambridge and to have first been discussed by Kirikiriroa Road Board in 1872, though clearing and gravelling didn't start until 1891 and metalling was continuing in 1925. Hamilton Libraries say it was a crown grant and named c. 1890 – 1900 by civic leaders, surveyors and citizens, because there was a tramway in the vicinity.Carrs Road was named in 1917 by the Carr family who owned it. Alderson Road was named between 1936 and 1940 by A.J. Thompson, the subdivider, after the Alderson family who originally owned the land.The area south of Powells Road was developed in 1962 by D.M. McKenzie.Fairview Street was named in 1967 by Alf Steel, the developer, who wanted a name that made the area sound more attractive. A developer bought the farm to the south in 1967. Fairview, to the north of Powells Road, was turned into housing between 1970 and 1974 by Peerless Homes Ltd., owned by Ernest (Alf) Steel.
