Gun Club Estates is a census-designated place (CDP) in Palm Beach County, Florida, United States. The population was 816 at the 2020 census. The CDP is located in an unincorporated area near the southwest corner of the Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) and is bounded by West Palm Beach Canal on the north, Kirk Road on the east, Gun Club Road on the south, and Military Trail (State Road 809) on the west.The CDP and Gun Club Road are both named after the Palm Beach Gun Club, a skeet and target shooting range that originally opened in the town of Palm Beach in 1911 and remained there until relocating to the modern-day Gun Club Estates area prior to the Korean War. A biography on Arthur Jackson dating to approximately 1952 notes that during the war, military personnel stationed at PBI (then known as the Palm Beach Air Force Base) used the gun ranges for training. By the mid-1950s, however, the owners of the club relocated it to just north of the intersection of Jog Road and Lake Worth Road (State Road 802) as homes for Gun Club Estates were being constructed.

Westgate is an unincorporated census-designated place (CDP) in Palm Beach County, Florida, United States. The population was 8,435 at the 2020 census. Prior to the 2010 census, it was listed as the Westgate-Belvedere Homes CDP.

Trump International Golf Club, West Palm Beach is a private 27-hole golf course in West Palm Beach, Florida. It was designed by Jim Fazio, who was given a budget of over US$40 million and was opened in 1999. This venue was Trump's first golf course property.The Championship course measures 7,326 yards, and has a par 72 layout that has hosted championships for the LPGA. In addition, the golf course has a nine-hole course. The clubhouse can host weddings and other social or business events. A three-tiered driving range is available. The regular initiation fee for membership was reported to be US$150,000 in 2011, and the annual fee US$25,000. The senior director of instruction for Trump Golf Properties, Gary Wiren, is based out of this resort.

Golfview was a town in Palm Beach County, Florida, in the United States. Golfview was chartered on June 11, 1937. The town, located near the southeast intersection of Belvedere Road and Military Trail and in very close proximity to the Palm Beach International Airport, remained small in both population and area. The highest recorded population of Golfview was 210 people, according to the 1980 census. By the mid-1980s, expansion of the airport and the surrounding area caused many residents to begin selling their homes. The town of Golfview officially dissolved on September 1, 1998.

Mounts Botanical Garden is a botanical garden located in West Palm Beach, Florida. It is Palm Beach County's oldest and largest public garden with over 6,000 species of tropical and subtropical plants from six continents, including plants native to Florida, exotic trees, tropical fruit, herbs, citrus and palms. Mounts Botanical is part of the Palm Beach County Cooperative Extension Department, in partnership with the University of Florida / IFAS and the nonprofit Friends of the Mounts Botanical Garden, Inc.

The Palm Beach County Library System is the public library system of Palm Beach County, Florida. Its headquarters, the Main Library, is located in an unincorporated area near West Palm Beach, the county seat. The system was established in 1967 and serves Palm Beach County through the Main Library and 17 branch libraries. Its first library branch opened in Tequesta on September 25, 1969, and its first bookmobile five days later. Unlike neighboring Broward and Miami-Dade counties, where most municipalities have joined their county's library system, most municipalities in Palm Beach County continue to operate their own city libraries, leading the county system to focus on the more suburban communities. Instead, a cooperative system model is in place to allow interoperation between county and municipal libraries.

Glen Ridge is a town and registered bird sanctuary in Palm Beach County, Florida, United States. It is part of South Florida's Miami metropolitan area. The population was 217 in the 2020 US census.

First Church of Christ, Scientist, located at 809 South Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach, Florida, is an historic structure that on December 3, 1998, was determined to be eligible for listing on the National Register of Historic Places. However, the owner objected to the property being listed on the Register. It is still a functioning Christian Science church.

Cloud Lake is a town in Palm Beach County, Florida, United States. It is part of South Florida's Miami metropolitan area. As of the 2020 US census, the town had a population of 134 residents.

The United States Croquet Hall of Fame was established in 1979 by the Croquet Foundation of America to recognize individuals with exceptional skill in the sport of croquet or men and women who have contributed to the sport's health and growth. Cross County Mall was a partially enclosed mall located west of West Palm Beach, Florida at Military Trail and Okeechobee Blvd, approximately 2 mi (3.2 km) west of Interstate 95. The site is within 1.5 mi (2.4 km) of Florida's Turnpike and Palm Beach International Airport. It was purchased in September 1997 and subsequently demolished and revamped into Cross County Plaza, a power center with some of the original anchors. It now features a Ross, Winn-Dixie, and many chain and local shops and restaurants.
