Ubi MRT station

Manjusri Secondary School (MJR) is a co-educational government-aided secondary school in Ubi, Singapore. Named after the bodhisattva Manjusri, it was established by the Singapore Buddhist Federation in 1982 and affiliated to two primary schools: Mee Toh School and Maha Bodhi School.

Mount Vernon (Chinese: 翡珑山; Malay: Gunung Vernon) is a small hill in central Singapore west of Potong Pasir and north of MacPherson Estate. Officially named in 1956, it is circumscribed by Bartley Road, Upper Aljunied Road, Upper Serangoon Road, and Upper Paya Lebar Road. It is named after British Royal Navy Vice Admiral Edward Vernon (1684–1757).

The South East Community Development Council is one of five Community Development Councils (CDCs) set up across the Republic of Singapore to aid in local administration of governmental policies and schemes. Masjid Al-Abdul Razak (Jawi:مسجد العبد الرزاق; Malay for Al-Abdul Razak Mosque) is a mosque in Singapore, located at Jalan Ismail, off Jalan Eunos. The mosque is accessible from Eunos MRT station. Construction of the mosque started in mid-1964 during which Singapore was under Malaysian rule. The mosque was completed at the end of 1965, after Singapore's independence from the Malaysian Federation. In March 1966, it was officially opened by the late Mr Yusof Bin Ishak, Singapore's first President of the Republic of Singapore.

The Public Transport Security Command (TransCom) is a specialised transit police unit of the Singapore Police Force (SPF). It was first established as the Police MRT Unit (PMU) in 2005 as a component unit of the Special Operations Command in response to the need for greater security in public transport operations in Singapore influenced by security concerns at the time. On 15 August 2009, the unit was upgraded into a separate specialist division and took its present name.

The Protective Security Command (ProCom) is a specialist counter-terrorist police unit of the Singapore Police Force (SPF). ProCom was formed to build up Singapore Police Force's public security capabilities and project police presence at security-sensitive locations. On 8 July 2016, the unit was commissioned. An evolving public security landscape and the changing demographics of Singapore created the impetus for the transformation of the Key Installations Command (KINS), which was once part of the Police National Service Department (PNSD), into ProCom, a stand-alone specialist line unit involved in Singapore Police Force's fight against terrorism. The unit has the largest group of Full-time National Servicemen (NSFs) and Operationally Ready National Servicemen (NSmen) in the Singapore Police Force.

Kembangan is a subzone and residential precinct located in the town of Bedok in the East Region of Singapore. It consists largely of private residential areas and a small public housing estate along Lengkong Tiga.

Kaki Bukit MRT station is an underground Mass Rapid Transit station on the Downtown Line in Bedok planning area, Singapore, located along Kaki Bukit Avenue 1, near the junction with Jalan Damai. The station serves both the industrial and residential areas in the Kaki Bukit district. This station provides an alternative to Eunos and Bedok stations on the East West Line.

MacPherson MRT station is an underground Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) interchange station on the Downtown line and Circle line in Geylang planning area, Singapore, located underneath Paya Lebar Road at the junction with Circuit Link and Ubi Avenue 2. Named after the nearby MacPherson estate, which itself was named after Colonel Ronald MacPherson, the first Colonial Secretary of the Straits Settlements in 1867, this station serves not only the residents of MacPherson estate but also the working class in Ubi industrial estate.

MacPherson is a neighbourhood located within the district of Geylang in the Central Region of Singapore. Its location roughly corresponds to the identically titled subzone in the Geylang Planning Area and is approximately sandwiched between the neighbourhoods of Aljunied and Paya Lebar. MacPherson largely consists of various public housing estates centered on Circuit Road and an industrial area. The Pelton Canal runs through the neighbourhood, which separates a private housing estate off MacPherson Road, and the public housing estate along Circuit Road. Many residents in MacPherson are of the older generation, largely stemming from the fact that it was one of the first few major public housing projects to be enacted during the 1950s to 1970s. As a result, the majority of facilities in MacPherson are wheelchair and elderly-friendly. Nevertheless, there has been multiple built-to-order (BTO) public housing developments being constructed, such as MacPherson Spring and other developments such as MacPherson Weave, where construction is still in progress and are geared towards newly established young families. It is served by MacPherson Community Club, which is operated by the People's Association (PA) with Residents' Committee (RCs) and Neighbourhood Committees (NCs) scattered around the entire neighbourhood. They organise various programmes for residents to interact and promote community involvement. Politically, it is represented in Parliament as the MacPherson Single Member Constituency, with Tin Pei Ling of the People's Action Party (PAP) as its Member of Parliament (MP) since 2011.

The product range of VeganBurg includes vegan burgers, sides and desserts.Veganburg received the 74th title from 2019 Fast Casual Top Movers and Shakers award presented by the James Beard Foundation Award.As mentioned in the Vegetarian Society (Singapore) (VSS) Newsletter in November 2014, Miss Singapore World 2013, Maria-Anna Weiling Zenieris is working together with VeganBurg on the Meat Free Monday campaign, which is an international campaign that encourages people to go vegan or vegetarian on Mondays to improve their health and the health of the planet.

Eunos MRT station is an above-ground Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station on the East West MRT Line in Geylang, Singapore. It is located next to the Eunos Bus Interchange. The station was named in honour of an early Malay pioneer, Muhammad Eunos bin Abdullah, who secured 700-hectares of land for Malay settlements in the area called Jalan Eunos Malay Settlement (Kampung Melayu).
