Hopewell Furnace National Historic Site

The North Warwick Historic and Archeological District is a national historic district that is located in Warwick Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1995.

French Creek State Park is a 7,977-acre (3,228 ha) Pennsylvania state park in North Coventry and Warwick Townships in Chester County and Robeson and Union Townships in Berks County, Pennsylvania. It straddles northern Chester County and southern Berks County along French Creek. It is located in the Hopewell Big Woods. The park is the home of two lakes: Hopewell Lake, a 68-acre (28 ha) warm water lake, and Scotts Run Lake, a 22-acre (8.9 ha) cold water lake. The state record smallmouth bass was caught in Scotts Run Lake. There are extensive forests, and almost 40 miles (64 km) of hiking and equestrian trails. The park is also friendly to mountain bikers, having some renowned technical trails. Hopewell Furnace National Historic Site, which features a cold blast furnace restored to its 1830s appearance, is surrounded by the park. The Six Penny Day Use Area and Group Camp are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. French Creek State Park is located off of Pennsylvania Route 345 to the south of Birdsboro. French Creek State Park was chosen by the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) and its Bureau of State Parks as one of "25 Must-See Pennsylvania State Parks".

The Hopewell Big Woods is the largest contiguous forest in southeastern Pennsylvania. Spanning northern Chester County and southern Berks County, the region is approximately 73,000 acres or 114 square miles. Most of the forest is located in the Schuylkill River watershed.

St. Mary's Episcopal Church, also known as Old Saint Mary's Church, is a historic Episcopal church located on Warwick Road, Warwick Township in Elverson, Chester County, Pennsylvania. The church was built in 1843, and is a one-story, rectangular stuccoed fieldstone structure in the Gothic Revival style. It measures 50 feet wide and 70 feet deep. The church is surrounded by the parish cemetery, with burials dating to 1806.Founded by the Rev. Levi Bull, DD, in 1805, the first church here was built in 1806. J.F. Sachse, of the Historical Society of Pennsylvania, believed it to be the first church built in Pennsylvania after the American Revolution. A notable military officer Samuel Van Leer played an important role in the American Revolutionary War and is buried here. Dr. Bull continued to minister to the congregation here for almost 50 years. During Dr. Bull's tenure, in 1843, the original church was replaced by the present structure. By the 1970s, the congregation had fallen to about ten attendees. However, the congregation was revived in the 1990s by financial support from the Brandywine Deanery and adopted elements of the charismatic movement under the rectorate of the Rev. John Maher.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1996.

Warwick is an unincorporated community in northwestern Chester County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is located in Warwick Township just west of its municipal building. Routes 23 and 345 meet in the village, which serves as a gateway to French Creek State Park. Warwick is drained by the French Creek eastward into the Schuylkill River. Lahr Farm is a historic home and farm located in Warwick Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania. It was originally owned by a wealthy Quaker ironmaster William Branson and part of his Reading Furnace estate. The farm has three contributing buildings; the main house, bank barn, and wash hour or latchen. The house is a 2+1⁄2-story, four-bay by two-bay, fieldstone dwelling with a gable roof. The farm was inherited by Branon's grandson a wealthy ironmaster Samuel Van Leer. The Van Leer Family's original surname spelling was Von Lahr. The farm remained in the Lahr family from 1834 to 1938.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.

The Pennsylvania State Game Lands Number 43 are Pennsylvania State Game Lands in Berks and Chester Counties in Pennsylvania in the United States providing hunting, bird watching, and other activities. It is the only State Game Lands located in Chester County.

Warrenpoint (also known as William Branson House) is an historic home located in Knauertown, Pennsylvania, in Chester County. The house was built in 1756 in the Georgian Colonial style by William Branson. Branson was recorded as Samuel Nutts partner who both owned Reading Furnace and Warwick Furnace Farms. William Branson and his Reading property are also associated with the Franklin Stove. William Branson's grandson Samuel Van Leer would play an important role in the American Revolutionary War and would take over the family business.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on November 11, 1975.
