Kyung Hee University (abbreviated to KHU) (Hangul: 경희대학교; Hanja: 慶熙大學校) is a private research university in South Korea with campuses in Seoul and Suwon. Founded in 1949, it is widely regarded as one of the good universities in South Korea. Kyung Hee University is part of the Kyung Hee University System, which offers comprehensive education from kindergarten through graduate school.As of 2020, about 33,000 students were enrolled in Kyung Hee University. The university consists of 24 undergraduate colleges, 1 general graduate school, 13 specialty graduate schools and 49 auxiliary research institutions. Founded in 2001, it has been recognized as the best cyber university in South Korea by both the Ministry of Education and the Korea Management Association.Kyung Hee Cyber University is part of the Kyung Hee University System which offers comprehensive education from kindergarten through graduate school. Korea University Business School (hereafter called KUBS) is the business school of Korea University in Seoul, South Korea. KUBS was the first university department in Korea not only to open its doors to business studies but also to introduce western-style business studies to Korea. The Korea Institute for Advanced Study (KIAS) is an advanced research institute in South Korea. It is located on a 30-acre (12 ha) campus in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul.KIAS was founded in 1996, aiming to become a world leading research institute where international elite scholars gather and dedicate to fundamental research in basic sciences. Currently, there are three schools in the institute: mathematics, physics, and computational sciences. As of 2016, the institute has 3 distinguished professors, 26 professors, and 133 research fellows.As its name suggests, the institute was modeled after the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton, New Jersey, USA. KIAS is funded by the government and is a subordinate institute of KAIST.

Hoegi Station is a station on Seoul Subway Line 1, Gyeongchun Line and the Gyeongui-Jungang Line. The two island platforms are side-by-side with each other, and are connected by an overpass. This is the closest station to Kyunghee University, located northwest of here.

Hongneung Arboretum (Hangul:홍릉수목원 Hanja: 洪陵樹木園) is an arboretum in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, served by Seoul Subway Line 6. The grounds are freely open to the public on weekend, but picnics are not allowed.

Hankuk University of Foreign Studies Station is a station on Line 1 of the Gyeongwon Line. The original name of this station was Hwigyeong Station (휘경역; 徽慶驛), although this station is located in Imun 1-dong. Because Hoegi Station (Preceding station) is located in Hwigyeong-dong, in 1996, the name of this station was changed to Hankuk University of Foreign Studies Station, after a nearby eponymous university. Originally the station was built on a 4-way crossroad layout. However in 2012, due to a series of accidents and safety concerns, a tunnel was built under the track for road traffic alongside an above ground pedestrian walkway. Despite this, the ground level crossing remains to this day.

Cheongnyangni-dong is a neighbourhood, dong of Dongdaemun-gu in Seoul, South Korea.At this dong, there are many convenient buildings like many kinds of financial companies and banks, a branch of Lotte Department Store, and Cheongnyangni Station. From Cheongnyangni Station, Mugunghwa-ho trains depart for Chuncheon from 06:15 to 22:20 and for Wonju, Jecheon, Taebaek, Gangneung, Yeongju, and Andong from 7:00 to 22:40 every hour except 22:00. There are many kinds of medical hospitals and clinics. Especially, Saint Paul's Hospital of Catholic University of Korea is the largest hospital in Cheongnyangni-dong. In this hospital, there are many treatment rooms in which treats many kinds of diseases, operating theatres and wards.
