Bishop Denis J. O'Connell High School (also known as DJO) is a Roman Catholic college preparatory school founded in 1957 in Arlington County, Virginia. It was established by the Diocese of Richmond, but it has been under the direction of the Diocese of Arlington since 1974. The school is named for Bishop Denis J. O'Connell, Bishop of Richmond from 1912 to 1926.

Temple Rodef Shalom (Reform) is the largest Jewish congregation in the Commonwealth of Virginia, located in Falls Church, Fairfax County, Virginia. Founded in 1962, it counts a membership of over 1,700 households.In 1963, the Temple hired Laszlo Berkowits as its first rabbi. In 1998, it became one of the largest congregations in the United States to have a female rabbi, when it replaced Berkowits, who had decided to retire, with then-Associate Rabbi Amy Schwartzman.The Temple's Associate Rabbis are Jeffrey Saxe and Stephanie Bernstein. It hired its first cantor, Michael Shochet, in 1998. Rachel Rhodes is the Associate Cantor. Other Rabbis are Rachel Rhodes and Alexandra Stein.

East Falls Church is an island-platformed Washington Metro station in Arlington, Virginia on the Orange and Silver Lines. East Falls Church station is the last aboveground, at grade, or open cut station for eastbound trains. East of this station, the trains heading toward downtown DC descend underground, therefore leaving the median of I-66 and entering subway mode. The station serves the communities of Falls Church and Arlington, Virginia and is located in the median of Interstate 66 near Lee Highway (U.S. Route 29). Service began on June 7, 1986. East Falls Church has a parking lot with 422 spaces on the Lee Highway side of the station.

The Saegmuller House is a historic home located in Arlington, Virginia. It was built between 1925 and 1927, and is 2+1⁄2-story, stuccoed frame central-hall plan dwelling with Prairie School influences. It sits on a concrete block foundation and has a pyramidal roof. It features an original front porch with large piers and columns and a prominent central gable and deep overhanging eaves. The house was once associated with the Saegmuller dairy farms operations.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2004.

Yorktown High School is a public high school located in Arlington County, Virginia. There are around 240 teachers and 2100 students as of 2019. In 2022-23 school year, there were 2,577 students. Yorktown's attendance area makes up the northern third of Arlington County.Yorktown is an accredited high school based on Virginia's Standards of Learning (SOL) examinations, and is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. The school was ranked among the top 100 schools in the nation by Newsweek in 2008.

Highland Park–Overlee Knolls, also known as Fostoria, is a national historic district located in Arlington County, Virginia. It is directly east of the Virginia Heights Historic District. It contains 681 contributing buildings, 3 contributing sites, and 1 contributing structure in a residential neighborhood in North Arlington. The first subdivision was platted in 1890 and known as Fostoria. The company, which was seen in advertisements as Fostoria Land and Improvement Company, was incorporated in November 1890. William E. Abbott served as president, with James M. Hoge as secretary, and Madison A. Ballinger acting as the real estate broker. Madison Adams Ballinger (born 1848) was active in Washington, D.C., society. His house was decorated in red, white and blue, in honor of the Daughters of the American Revolution of which his wife, Francis Marion "Minnie" Fazio (born 1849) was the President of the Continental Chapter. His daughter, Miriam Nina C. Ballinger (1876-1968) married Francois Wilhelm Hiddinga (born July 25, 1868) in 1905.Later subdivisions of Fostoria were platted including Over-Lee Knolls (1926), Section Two Over-Lee Knolls (1927), Richmond Hill Section Three (1946), Richmond Hill Section Four (1947) and Highland Park Village (1947). It primarily consists of single family dwellings in a number of popular architectural styles including Queen Anne, Italianate, Colonial Revival, Craftsman, Tudor Revival, and Modern-style. Also located in the district is Parkhurst Park (1939). The houses were built by multiple developers and speculative builders.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2011.

The John Leland Center for Theological Studies is a Christian institution of higher education, comprising a seminary and a school of ministry. The center's main campus is in Arlington, Virginia, with several satellite locations elsewhere in Virginia. Leland is partnered with the Baptist General Association of Virginia and the District of Columbia Baptist Convention, though the center has ties with a range of denominations and churches. Leland is a member of the Washington Theological Consortium.The center's namesake, John Leland, was an 18th- and 19th-century Baptist minister in the United States who was a proponent of the separation of church and state and an opponent of theological seminaries.: 235 

Benjamin Banneker: SW 9 Intermediate Boundary Stone, also known as an Intermediate Stone of the District of Columbia, is a surveyors' boundary marker stone. The stone is located on the original boundary of the District of Columbia (see: Boundary markers of the original District of Columbia and History of Washington, D.C.) The stone is now on the boundary of Arlington County, Virginia and the City of Falls Church. It is within the two jurisdiction's Benjamin Banneker Park at 6620 18th Street North, Arlington.The marker stone was named and declared a National Historic Landmark in 1976 at the instigation of the Afro-American Bicentennial Corporation. The name of the marker honors Benjamin Banneker, a free African American astronomer who in 1792 assisted in the early part of the survey that established the original boundaries of the District of Columbia. The stone was the first of the District of Columbia boundary markers to be listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The Cherry Hill Farmhouse is a house museum in Falls Church, Virginia, United States. Built in 1845 in a Greek Revival architecture style, it belonged to wealthy farmer families until 1945, and in 1956 it became property of the City of Falls Church, which transformed it into a museum, as a historical building. Today, the Cherry Hill Farmhouse, along with other five such constructions in Falls Church City, is part of the National Register of Historic Places, as an important testimony of 19th century Victorian buildings in the area.

Falls Church is an independent city in the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. As of the 2020 census, the population was 14,658. Falls Church is included in the Washington metropolitan area. Taking its name from The Falls Church, an 18th-century Church of England (later Episcopal Church) parish, Falls Church gained township status within Fairfax County in 1875. In 1948, it was incorporated as the City of Falls Church, an independent city with county-level governance status although it is not a county.The city's corporate boundaries do not include all of the area historically known as Falls Church; these areas include portions of Seven Corners and other portions of the current Falls Church postal districts of Fairfax County, as well as the area of Arlington County known as East Falls Church, which was part of the town of Falls Church from 1875 to 1936. For statistical purposes, the U.S. Department of Commerce's Bureau of Economic Analysis combines the City of Falls Church with Fairfax City and Fairfax County. At 2.11 square miles, Falls Church is the smallest incorporated municipality in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the smallest county-equivalent municipality in the United States.

The National Legal and Policy Center (NLPC) is a right-leaning 501(c)(3) non-profit group that monitors and reports on the ethics of public officials, supporters of liberal causes, and labor unions in the United States. The Center files complaints with government agencies, legally challenges what they view as abuse and corruption, and publishes reports. The NLPC is described as conservative in nature. The NLPC's current chairman is Peter Flaherty.The NLPC was founded in 1991 following the release of the Senate Ethics Committee report into the Keating Five.

The State Theatre is a restaurant and concert venue in Falls Church, Virginia. Built in 1936, the venue operated as a movie theater until 1988. The theatre reopened in 1999 as a events hall and music theatre. The closest Metro station is the East Falls Church Metro station.
