Mevo'ot Yam (Hebrew: מְבוֹאוֹת יָם, lit. Sea Gate) is a youth village on the coast of Israel. Located on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea adjacent to Mikhmoret, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hefer Valley Regional Council. In 2021 it had a student population of 366. Mikhmoret Light is located on a building inside the village.

Mikhmoret Light (Hebrew: מגדלור מכמורת), or Mevo'ot Yam Light (Hebrew: מגדלור מבואות ים), is a lighthouse in Mikhmoret, Israel. It is located in the Mevo'ot Yam nautical school, on the north side of the harbor of Mikhmoret.

Mikhmoret (Hebrew: מִכְמֹרֶת, מכמורת, lit. Fishing net) is a moshav in central Israel. Located on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea around nine kilometres north of Netanya, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hefer Valley Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 1,504.

Hofit (Hebrew: חוֹפִית, lit.Coastal) is a community settlement in central Israel on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea near Netanya, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hefer Valley Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 824.

Beit Yanai (Hebrew: בֵּית יַנַּאי, lit. House of Yanai) is a moshav in central Israel. Located in the Sharon plain on the shore of the Mediterranean Sea around six kilometres north of Netanya, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hefer Valley Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 363.

The Sharon Escarpment or Sharon Cliff is the escarpment in Israel that connects the level of the coastal plain with the level of the Mediterranean Sea beach and the continental shelf and stretches along the Sharon coastal ridge approximately between Giv'at Olga and Tel Aviv, i.e., along the Sharon plain.The escarpment is up to 45m in height, of steepness 75-90°. Both the ridge and the escarpment are composed of alternating layers of kurkar (the local variety of sandstone) and loose palaeosol. The escarpment gradually moves eastward due to collapsing and slumping seawards. The separated slabs of kurkar slide downwards and crumble completely into fans of sand, swashed away by waves. The catchment area of the escarpment is visibly eroded by runoff, but this erosion is negligible compared to rockslides and slumps.The escarpment is threatened by road building, sand quarrying, drainage, slope grading, and other uncontrolled tampering with the topography. Coastal erosion of the Israeli coastal plain endangers ancient cities, such as Ashkelon, Yavne-Yam, Jaffa, Apollonia–Arsuf, Caesarea, Atlit, Akko and Achziv.The ridge was formed during the Late Pleistocene and the cliff developed when at about 7,500 years Before Present (BP) the sea level reached the western edge of the current ridge. Now this edge is at about 8 m. below the sea level. Galil and Zviely suggest that over these 7,500 years the cliff retreated for about 730m, i.e., at the rate about 9.7 cm. per year.

The Sharon plain (Hebrew: השרון, romanized: HaSharon; Arabic: سهل شارون, romanized: Sahel Sharon) is the central section of the Israeli coastal plain. The plain lies between the Mediterranean Sea to the west and the Samarian Hills, 15 km (9.3 mi) to the east. It stretches from Nahal Taninim, a stream marking the southern end of Mount Carmel in the north, to the Yarkon River in the south, at the northern limit of Tel Aviv, over a total of about 90 km (56 mi). The level of the Sharon plain is connected to the level of the Mediterranean Sea by the Sharon Escarpment. Parts of the plain are included in the Central, Haifa and Tel Aviv Districts of Israel.

Kfar Vitkin (Hebrew: כְּפַר וִיתְקִין, lit. Vitkin Village) is a moshav in central Israel. Located near Netanya, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hefer Valley Regional Council and was the first Jewish settlement in the valley. In 2021 it had a population of 1,982.

Beit Herut (Hebrew: בֵּית חֵרוּת, lit. House of Freedom) is a moshav in central Israel. Located in the Sharon plain between Hadera and Netanya, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hefer Valley Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 904.

Hadassah Neurim (Hebrew: הדסה נעורים) is a youth village in central Israel. Located on the coast to the north of Netanya, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hefer Valley Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 404.

Bitan Aharon (Hebrew: בִּיתַן אַהֲרֹן, lit. 'Aharon's Pavilion') is a moshav in central Israel. Located in the Sharon plain between Hadera and Netanya, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hefer Valley Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 142.

Arab al-Nufay'at was a Palestinian Arab village in the Haifa Subdistrict. It was depopulated during the 1947–1948 Civil War in Mandatory Palestine on 10 April 1948. It was located 45 km south of Haifa.
