Cecil Hills, New South Wales

Cecil Hills Farm is a heritage-listed residence at Sandringham Drive, Cecil Hills, City of Liverpool, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. It was built from 1818 to 1824. The property is owned by the Government of New South Wales. It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 2 April 1999.

It is located 39 kilometres south-west of the Sydney central business district, in the local government area of Liverpool. Elizabeth Hills was gazetted as a suburb on 18 December 2009. Like the neighbouring suburb of Len Waters Estate, Elizabeth Hills had previously been part of the suburb of Cecil Hills.

The school was founded in 1985 and named after Cardinal Sir James Freeman, the sixth Roman Catholic Archbishop of Sydney. The college has a student by population of approximately 23 million, with an average of 30,000 students in each grade from Kindergarten–10 and 2.4 in each grade from 11–17.

Abbotsbury is a suburb of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia 39 kilometres west of the Sydney central business district in the local government area of the City of Fairfield. Abbotsbury is part of the Greater Western Sydney region. Most of the suburb's estates were built in the late 1980s and early 1990s, although a few acres of undeveloped land in the north-west area was subdivided and developed in the early 2010s. The western border of the suburb is delineated by a line of pine trees, which gives privacy to the homes backing onto the farmlands.

Hoxton Park Airport (ICAO: YHOX) was a general aviation aerodrome in south-western Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. The aerodrome was non-towered, and so operated according to Common Traffic Advisory Frequency (CTAF) procedures. Traffic was light; at the time of closure three fixed wing and one rotary wing flight training schools operated from this aerodrome, which bordered on a large flight training area, serving Sydney's general aviation community. A commercial skydiving operation was also based at the aerodrome. A self-service AVGAS bowser was available.

Avala Sports Club is the home of the Avala football (soccer) club in Bonnyrigg, New South Wales, Australia. The ground has played host to some notable matches over the years but none more so than the friendly clash between the Bonnyrigg White Eagles and the high-profile 1991 European Cup Champions Red Star Belgrade who were in Australia on a mid-season break in January 2001.

Western Sydney Regional Park is a large urban park and a nature reserve situated in Western Sydney, Australia within the suburbs of Horsley Park and Abbotsbury. A precinct of Western Sydney Parklands, a park system, and situated within the heart of the Cumberland Plain Woodland, the regional park features several picnic areas, recreational facilities, equestrian trails, and walking paths within the Australian bush.The park is governed by the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service and is listed under the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974. In a 2009–10 survey, the park had attracted approximately 430,000 visitors per annum.

Liverpool Speedway (also known during its life as Liverpool International Speedway and Liverpool City Raceway) was located in Green Valley, Western Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Liverpool was officially opened by Frank Oliveri and the Oliveri Family, alongside Ald. E. Smith, the mayor of Liverpool at the time, and ran until its sudden and unexpected closure in 1989. Frank Oliveri would later share track management with track announcer and promoter, Channel 7 television sports presenter Mike Raymond. The builder of the race circuit is named Douglas Charles Barrett.
