The National Soccer Hall of Fame is a private, non-profit institution established in 1979 and currently located in Toyota Stadium in Frisco, Texas, a suburb of Dallas. The Hall of Fame honors soccer achievements in the United States. Induction into the hall is widely considered the highest honor in American soccer.

It is a part of the Frisco Independent School District, and is one of twelve district high schools. It opened on August 14, 2006. Incoming freshmen usually come from Griffin Middle School and Cobb Middle School. In 2015, the school was rated "Met Standard" by the Texas Education Agency.

Legacy Christian Academy is a private, non-denominational Christian elementary, middle, and college-preparatory school located in Frisco, Texas. Legacy's upper school (grades 9–12) was named a national blue ribbon school in 2017.

Rick Reedy High School, or RHS (locally referred to as Reedy), is a four-year public high school located in Frisco, Texas. It is part of the Frisco Independent School District. It is one of eleven high schools in the district, and is named after Rick Reedy, who served as the district's superintendent for 16 years. This school was built to relieve the Frisco and Wakeland High Schools. Reedy opened with 9th and 10th graders in the 2015–2016 school year. The first graduating class was the class of 2018.

Universal Kids Resort is an upcoming 32-acre (13 ha) theme park and entertainment resort complex under construction in Frisco, Texas. Announced in January 2023, it is the third Universal Studios Resort in the United States. The park is scheduled to open no earlier than 2026.

Stonebriar Community Church is a nondenominational evangelical megachurch in Frisco, Texas, a northern suburb of Dallas, Texas. The church was founded in 1998 by a group of individuals including Senior Pastor Chuck Swindoll, whose sermons are broadcast worldwide on the radio program Insight for Living.

Ford Center at The Star is a 12,000-seat indoor stadium located in Frisco, Texas. Its main use is as the Dallas Cowboys' practice facility. It is also used for Whataburger's Friday Night Stars, an event every Friday showcasing Frisco Independent School District high school varsity football. The synthetic turf is Hellas Matrix Turf with Helix Technology. The field's dimensions can also be marked for and accommodate a regulation soccer pitch and lacrosse field.

The Cloyce Box Ranch was the site of the original Southfork ranch location, where the initial five episodes of Dallas were filmed. The series left the location at the end of the first season in 1978 at the request of property owner, Cloyce K. Box, who was unhappy with the negative portrayal of the Texas oil industry by the show. The production moved to the ranch "Duncan Acres", near Plano, Texas, where the series was filmed for the rest of its run.The ranch house, a 14,000-square-foot colonial-style mansion designed by John Astin Perkins and originally built in 1941 as a replica of Tara, the fictional plantation house in the 1939 film Gone With The Wind, no longer exists, having been destroyed by a fire in 1987. The frame of the original Southfork Ranch that was used in the pilot season still stands in Frisco, Texas, on the northeast corner of Preston Rd. and Main St. The address of the house is: 10514 E.
