Sywell Country Park exists on the site of a former drinking water reservoir near the village of Sywell in East Northamptonshire, England.The reservoir was built at the turn of the 20th century to supply water to the Higham Ferrers and Rushden areas. It operated between 1906 and 1979 and is now a country park run by Northamptonshire County Council. It has an area of 280,000 square metres. The land for the reservoir was purchased from the Stockdale family estate at adjoining Mears Ashby. The site includes a small tea room. There is also a project which aims to use both oral and written records to interpret the route of the water supply throughout the site.

Our Lady of Perpetual Succour Church or Our Lady's Church is a Roman Catholic parish church in Great Billing, Northamptonshire, England. It was built in 1878 and founded by the descendants of John Elwes at Billing Hall in the Romanesque Revival style. It is located on the High Street in Billing. Since 2006, it has been the Diocesan Shrine to Our Lady of Perpetual Succour.

Cogenhoe (locally KUUK-noh, ) is a village and former civil parish, now in the parish of Cogenhoe and Whiston, in the West Northamptonshire district, in the ceremonial county of Northamptonshire, England. The civil parish of Cogenhoe and Whiston had a population at the 2011 census of 1,436.The village of Cogenhoe is some five miles (8 km) east of the county town, Northampton. Cogenhoe is situated on high ground overlooking the Nene Valley. It has grown into a large village with varied amenities including football, cricket and bowls clubs. The village has a number of facilities including the sports clubs listed below. Other facilities include a village pub (the Royal Oak), a village shop (Londis), Cogenhoe and Whiston Village Hall and Playing Fields, the Church Rooms, the Cogenhoe Sports and Social Club and a primary school (Cogenhoe Primary School).

Billing Hall was a manor house in Billing, Northamptonshire, England. Records of the manor, the predecessor to Great Billing Hall, date back to the 12th century. It was originally owned by the Barry family and Baron Dundalk built it in 1629. It became the county seat of the Earls of Thomond, descendants of Brian Boru, King of Ireland in 1002. With the arrival of the Elwes family in 1779 the history of Great Billing became inextricably linked to them. Perhaps the Hall's most famous resident was Gervase Elwes, the English tenor, who died in a rail accident in Boston, USA in 1921.

It lies between the county town of Northampton and Wellingborough and was in the West ward of borough council of Wellingborough area which also included Sywell prior to local government reform in 2021. At the time of the 2011 census, it had a population of 473.The villages name means 'Ash-tree farm/settlement' or perhaps, 'Aski's farm/settlement'. The village was held by Robert de Mares in 1242.

Billing Aquadrome is a leisure park in Great Billing, a district of eastern Northampton, England. Facilities within the 235-acre (1 km2) park, which was built around various mature gravel pits, include a caravan site, marina and funfair. It is also frequently home to a wide variety of shows throughout the year, including music events and car shows such as Vauxfest.At the edge of the park is Billing Mill, a family pub, which is housed in a converted water-mill.
